Many elite athletes use visualization to achieve victory. They "see" the win. They experience the "win". They do not hold it out in the future. "He will win" . This may be worth a look. We are engaged in a battle. Let’s experience a Ron Paul presidency NOW. Here is a clip from a documentary that explains visualization. Very interesting.

If visualization is part of the key to success, we are there. I don't think there is such a thing as a Ron Paul supporter who believes defeat is an option.
And if thoughts have power, which they do, Ron Paul will win!

There is a lot of truth to this. We live in a very negative society, life is hard, success only comes with extreme sacrifice, I'll never be a good as so & so etc. etc. Of course action and work is necessary but the first step is believing you can achieve it. If you don't believe you can ever be is good as so and so then you never will because you won't put in the effort it takes to be that good.
Everything ever created and accomplished that was successful started out as a thought. Energy follows thought.Visualizing a win here can definitely be beneficial! The only thing defeatism ever accomplished was defeat!

Ok, we want it more than they do so
we have already won.
The "want" is a big deal and RP'ssupporters have the "more."
I can use sports examples. Appalachian State beat Michigan in football this year. Smaller players, slower players, players with less talent, less coaching, less big game experience....they wanted it more though...so they won. In 100 games between the two teams Michigan wins 99 by plenty. I guess they forgot to want it.
In the horse racing biz it happens all the time. The big fancy schmancy horse with all the credentials gets caught in the stretch by the 50 to 1 mutt.
I am walking down the street in my hometown and a guy in his 20's walks up to me with a clipboard. He was getting ballot signatures for McCain. I said I supported the doc....duh. This guy is paid. WHAT?!
These big shot candidates need to hire people to get sigs? RI providence meetup is at the mall on Christmas eve getting the sigs while donating money to the campaign.
WE PAY DR. PAUL TO LET US WORK FOR HIM.
Visualization? I disagree. You can meditate all you want and if you are good at it, do it. I say this. Actions speak louder than words, you bang the damn drum and you get what you want.
WE want it MORE than any of the other candidates and we demonstrate this WANT through our ACTIONS.
You want the girl? Kiss her for God's sake!
Every door you knock on, every dime you donate everything YOU DO that says you want the doc to be president is what does this trick.
We want it more than they do...we stand out in the snow waving signs....they don't. That is why we will win. We don't give up.

It's not enough to just wish. It's the combination of believing and doing. Athletes provide a great blueprint. They spend many hours seeing and feeling or experiencing victory in their mind. Then they achieve the victory at an event. Let’s take some time to FEEL and see President Paul. If this works for Olympic athletes it may just work for us. Take a look.

I believe it's absolutely true that these forces have a very strong effect on our experiences. I think where some people could go wrong with it, is in thinking that the 'attitude' alone is enough. This is just a tool to be applied to our actual encounters as we go through the challenges that life brings us.
There is more to getting that Gold necklace, than just wishing for it but for the most part, whether we think that we can achieve something, or whether we think that we can't, we're correct.
