I think this ad makes the key points better than others I've seen. It has the right emotional tone and imagery, it's an attention-getter and the substance is there.

It's a very good ad, but the old guy might want to reconsider his choice of apparel.
I get that he's a veteran, but what's with the satin shirt, and why is he holding a helmet?!
