I find it disheartening to watch TV coverage of the candidates, so I do not. An hour or 2 of them not mentioning the doc is sickening. Why do it to yourself. Stay on the internet and keep your focus!

Maybe because I'm used to voting for candidates who earn 2% of the vote, but I'm jazzed. He has the money to stay in this race. He has the supporters to do the work, and we have the enthusiasm to keep going, no matter what.

The upward trajectory will continue. Nobody who likes Ron Paul could possibly choose anyone else in the Republican field.

This is only the beginning. We may have setbacks and failures, but as long as we keep going, stick together, get organized and hopefully work in unison as WE the People - we can grow this movement. Make a Plan B and Plan C - that's all. I felt very nervous and down yesterday and this morning. But i am not 'quitting' if it does not go our way. And yes, let us turn OFF the media - let us instead find ways to motive THE PEOPLE. It will not be easy to ween them off TV - but i agree, we MUST. Evil TV - EVIL HYPNOTIC TV - that is all it is. To me the worst outcome would be if people just - give up - believing it cannot be done. That would be tragic. So, whatever i can do to keep the faith going - that is what i am going to figure out and DO. I may not know today what that is, but i am going to figure it out. Thank you.

I think I realized something important. The People of Iowa and New Hampshire take their "First Caucus/Primaries" very seriously.

If they are half as engaged as all of us, they must know the options on the table.

If they want to elect who is truly best for this country, they have to realize Ron Paul as both a legitimate choice and the best choice....Right?

I know Dr. Paul will do well in Iowa, but if he is somehow screwed out of the nomination, I will vote for Paul this November, anyway, even if I have to scrawl his name on a piece of paper and jam it in the voting machine.

He's being black listed. I"M SOOOOOO MAD!! His name hasn't even been mentioned on the morning news programs. Hell! they have even talked about Richardson!!

Lastly, once that happens, they will be more active to reverse the trend. But what is so powerful about the Revolution is --- NO politician can fool us any more. They will be immediately exposing themselves when they do not follow the Constitution. You cant FAKE that.
We as a group of people - are high caliber, devoted, and persistent. The Revolutionary war runs deep in the American psyche. Once the fire is lit, each of us becomes relentless. So remember, you are not the only one with a melt down, that is a good sign, because there are thousands like you. We will not sleep, forget or forgive.
If Bill Kristol wants to bomb countries while destorying America from within, we can grand him his wish and drop him off a plane head first to the country of his choice.

The thing is, even if we fail today and in NH, we are never going to go away. We are so well connected now thru our meetups that we will continue this fight for freedom forever, I feel. I was so angry about the Larry King thing that it's made me stew, I then watched the documentary "OutFoxxed" and then all night I couldn't sleep, because I am so sick of all the "polls" and the obvious slant on Ron Paul that hasn't gone away...

I am nervious as hell but I do not doubt at all that he will place in the top 3, and I'm worried about what happens next, because you'd think that they would have really been talking about him after he broke all the records, but they still treat him as "fringe" and only on the internet..... .

Today is the put up or shut up day, this is really the first time we can see what the general public really thinks...

P.S. To take your mind off the caucus go out and pass out some slim Jims or plant a sign or two. It makes the day go a lot faster!

She is beside herself worrying about Dr. Paul's (eventual) victory and even more so about his safety.

I am excited and doing things for this candidate that I never envisioned doing for a politician in my life! I see Dr. Paul as a statesman and not merely a politician. His 'diagnosis' is spot on for this country and his 'prescription' is regarded by people all over the world as correct.

If the Democratic party thinks that ANY of their candidates will facilitate an end to the Iraq boondoggle then they better look at their hole card. Even Hillary now says 2013 (minimum) for a pullout. Guess who will have to pay for another 4 years of this unwinnable war? On top of this there is trillions in entitlements in the works and many more coming.

I'm a lifelong Republican but this party has let me down over the last 8 years. If not for Ron Paul I would have left my vote on the table. It's only ONE vote but I'm sure I am not alone. I intend to keep my meltdown from occurring by doing ALL that I can to elect Dr. Paul. In other words, I am choosing to get involved instead of sitting and complaining. It's up to us.

Last night I had very positive thoughts, today I just feel like a cat in a cage. Nervous, just want the day over. I won't put on the TV until tonight. I can't listen to all those idiot talking heads from the MSM.

as a precinct caption in michigan, i am currently working on a voter list (over 100 pages) of registered independent / republican voters. the list is missing 75% of the phone numbers all have to be looked up in the phone book one at a time. i find it relaxing and a way to reduce stress - stay busy, find something to do for the revolution.

Sure an "RN" can take care of matters. Apart from that, just keep busy on a project or two and turn the tv/pc off. Tomorrow will be here and RP will be victorious. Remember, just 10 months ago, we had no hope of even being where we are...

RP08 to restore the Constitution

Last night, I signed up with the campaign for "Precinct Captain" in the Chicago suburbs.

I have the experience of three weekends of canvassing in Iowa under my belt, so I feel confident that I can help turn out a strong showing at Illinois' Feb. 5th primary election.

Whatever the result tonight in Iowa, it will only strengthen my resolve and utter determination to do everything in my power to elect The Honorable Dr. Ron Paul as President.

That would be my advice to everyone who loves their Liberty as they anticipate the caucus results from Iowa.

Remember, the power of the message of Freedom, Peace & Prosperity has brought all of us together for the love of our country and inspired us to make history.

We have not yet begun to fight!

However, as we know polls that do not give Ron Paul as a choice are useless when it comes to reality. Today is the first test of reality. Go Ron Paul!!!

Tell your hubby to watch some RP videos and read some of Dr. Paul's writings on Ron Paul Library, and read some articles on Lew Rockwell.com Maybe that will take his mind off of it and ease his anxiety.

I know what he's going through. I'm a nervous wreck myself. I hate to sound melodramatic, but this is either the beginning of a new beginning for America, or the beginning of the end of America. I'm hoping that enough Americans have woken up and that they stand up for what is right. In today's NewsWithViews.com, Devvy Kidd had an awesome article full of righteous anger. It's worth a read.

Are you kidding? A year ago nobody thought we could even field a team. It's the first game of the season. Hey, a few butterflys are normal, the best cure for that is to get up and do something today. We've already done so much more than everybody thought we could and we've built a real liberty team that will live on past the elections. 4th place in IA would be a great acheivement given the Corp. media sabotage campaign. Lets keep it in perspective.
