IMPORTANT question about Google!

Here is quote from Jim Conti, Jr. - THEN MY QUESTION!

Now they have been suddenly teamed with Google (that must have taken some power-phone calls from some powerful people!) in the last ten days to do exactly what Liberty Broadcasting is trying to do: publish the results real time to the internet on Iowa Caucus night! "

NOW, the question: I heard something recently about Google and in my mind, I equated what I heard, to a nauseous feeling in my stomach, like, "not them too". Have they been bought, taken over, or joined forces with "them" (whoever "them" is)?

Getting this news about Google and "taken some power-phone calls to some powerful people" reminded me of that know in my stomach.

Help -CAN ANYONE HELP HERE. I will hear things and then don't make a mental note to remember...the age thing!
