NH State Reps appeal to NH GOP over FOX follies
Note: Not all these State Reps are actually supporting Dr. Paul, some are, some aren't, and some other Rep supporters are not listed but I have contacted them so they can add their names too. They are for the kind of fairness we are used to in NH. - J

New Hampshire Republican Party
January 3, 2008
Dear Fergus:
We, the undersigned present and past New Hampshire House Republican State Representatives, respectfully request that unless Fox News agrees within the next 24 hours to invite Ron Paul and Duncan Hunter to participate with the other candidates at their Forum on Jan 6, 2008 you:
1) Pull all Republican cooperation from the Fox Forum,
2) Ask the candidates included to back out, and
3) Go public with a formal press conference denouncing of the exclusionary anti-representational policies of Fox News
Sincerely,
Hon. Paul Ingbretson
Hon. Al Baldasaro
Hon. Howie Lund
Hon. DJ Bettencourt
Hon. Jason Bedrick
Hon. Moe Villeneuve
Hon. Dan Dumaine
Hon. Andrew Renzullo
Hon. Duncan Chaplin
Hon. Laurie Boyce
Hon. Paul Hopfgarten
Hon. Lynne Ober
Hon. Steve Hellwig
Hon. Paul Mirski
Hon. William O'Brien
Hon. Jordan Ulery
Hon. Pamela Manney
Hon. Dan Itse
Hon. Bob Boyce
Hon. Mike Harrington
Hon. Nancy Elliot
Hon. Bob Mead

The Other Candidates Should Pull Out
If any of the candidates have any worthiness of being President, then they should volunteer ON THEIR OWN to withdraw from the forum, since Fox News will not include Ron Paul and Duncan Hunter. It would be a sign of great character to stand up for constitutional principals plus freedom of speech, not to mention the fairness of the presidential campaign process.
If the other candidates can't find a way to bring together 7 people to fairly discuss the issues, then how as President are they gonna bring 300 million people of this country together?
The other candidates are attempting, by their silence, to divide and conquer this nation, not bring it together.
I hope they don't
That would be a display of integrity that the New Hampshire voters would notice. It would give those wanting to vote for one of the media crowned five an outlet for their frustration with the exclusion. They would just vote for the one that pulled out. I'd rather the disgusted voters have to seriously consider Ron Paul as an outlet for their frustration because they would then really, really look into the issues and sincerely ask themselves if they want to vote for him.
It's all pie in the sky though. Woulda', Shoulda' speculation from a SAHM who doesn't even live in NH - I guess I should get started on those letters to Florida.
faux network
Thanks to all of you for the efforts and comments that aid in keeping the integrity of We the People...
Come-now faux-used network, we're trying to get a nation to wake up. it's going to be a bit more difficult if you refuse to GROW UP!
This is what I was hoping to
This is what I was hoping to hear from the NH GOP. Good job guys!
My advice: blow off Fox
Even if they reverse course and allow him in, I think the Paul campaign should go forward with its rally simultaneous to the debate. They've already had to spend time (and probably money) planning it, and Fox is out of line.
Don't let them save face. Ron Paul can be the story if he stands up to Fox and says "you're not journalists" and draws a big crowd.
Millions of Americans -- including many New Hampshire voters -- have long had disdain for Fox News.
Proof of What Ron Paul Says
Dr. Paul has said that we don't have to throw Congress out and elect new members to make progress. He says they're capable of changing their stances. ;)
I think we're seeing a bit of political "flexibility" here. Nice to know our opinions count. It will happen here, and spread.

Right!
If only our US Congress could be as good as these NH State legislators, we'd been in a helluva lot better shape federally.
the good guys
Here's your list of good guys. Let's see where it goes.

State Rep support and related
It's good to see this blatant act of censorship by Fox is getting the attention it deserves, especially support from State Representatives!
I'd like to add, as well, that a representative from the College of Saint Anselm needs to make a public statement explaining how they can allow Fox to broadcast from their campus.
It is a complete betrayal of their ideals and beliefs.

This is nice
Are these Reps not saying to Fox News "WE are the Republican Party, not YOU."? Ha, ha, Fox has overstepped their authority and are messing with others who believe they should control the political process.
Has the flavor of an internicine battle which helps those of us that just want government to leave us alone.

The opposite of freedom is slavery; if I am 99% free, then I am part slave, which is like being "a little bit pregnant." Freedom versus slavery is a zero-sum game.
Well I'd bet that Faux won't
Well I'd bet that Faux won't air the press release and that they don't really care. We have to hit their advertisers so I would hope they would also call for boycotting them.

First, can you fix your signature? Part of it gets cut off and causes the link not to be closed and makes the rest of the post a link when it shouldn't be.
Second, they don't want FOX to air it, they are asking the NH GOP to come out with a presser about it, with their names.
Thank you for all your help Mr. Cullen
All we need is fair exposure. 8]
