WHO is BROKE! Rudy, Fred, McCain, and HUCK!
It's the morning after. The "smashing showing'" by our Candidate, Dr. Paul, is eclipsed only by the short-sidedness of the greenhorns who can't see a victory when it's staring at them. Let's take a look:
1. Campaigns run on $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. The four fine fellows listed above are Burrrrrroke! There tanks are all but empty, and won't be re-filled. They are 'Dead Horses Running'! Watch them gradually fold.
2. Therefore, all of their votes will find a new home somewhere; at least some will go to RP. He'll even get some from the Hucka-Roms by and by - voters are very fickle; many change their minds without rhyme or reason.
3. RP dessimated Rudy last night!!! - so how will FAUX rationalize having HIM in their dog-n-pony show sunday Night? I'm sure they'll find a way, but that dog won't hunt". We win the propaganda point on that one.
4. RP has the bucks to fight long and hard - He will, believe you me - I know this man. He's tenacious, street-smart, Campaign-smart, and will be a player all the way through to Super Tuesday at the very least.
5. Finally, and most importantly, no war was ever won (or lost) in the first battle. Ever watch a baseball game where the game was won in the bottom of the 9th? football where is went to quad-sudden death? (BSU!!! - Phoenix, '07). This is the top of the first inning folks.
In summary, there is more than enough TIME and MONEY to fight multiple battles, and possibly to win the WAR! But only if all of us embrace the third element: the ATTITUDE to fight to win. Without that, time and money are so many wasted assets.
So lets focus on the plusses, let the planners execute the next maneuver, Help them with money and encouragement, and by all means, stop the self-defeating negativity.

Keeping our horse in the race
We have 3 weeks to raise $23 million, not 3 months. Less time if we expect the campaign to spent wisely, they need lead time to plan. Whether Dr. Paul is include or excluded in either the ABC debate or the Fox news forum, money can over come these issues. We need to start donating weekly to the campaign, not wait and hope and pray the next money bomb exceeds the Tea Party by 400%. If 100,000 donors gave an average of $50 per week
we could supplement the money bomb(s) and overcome the MSM bias.

My wife and I will be sacraficing just one meal out per week to participate; we normally eat out several times per week. This is all it takes, lets keep our horse in the race. Pledge your weekly donation today. And if $50 is too much, pledge what you can afford, $5, $10, $25, or more if you can. This way the campaign, that needs $23 million before Feb. 5th can compete.

I agree with you and I think we should be optimistic about New Hamshire and Super Tuesday. However I don't want the other candidates to start dropping out. The more neo-cons running the better we do in relation to them and the easier it would be for us to beat all of them. If they consolidate on a single neo-condidate then we are in trouble.

Huckabee has, as of this morning, raised nearly double what RP has raised this quarter.

The campaign messages have ONLY RIDDEN THE BACKS of the money bomb accomplishments asking for more money etc. etc. etc..
I would like to see more accounting and accountability... also if they are BROKE as they INSINUATE... and its not true, this is another example of bad leadership in the campaign... I wish someone could find out how much money Ron has left but I think the campaign is going to secretive and not reveal much info.... again because it will show up this call that we need $23 more million....
They seem to think they can squeeze money out of a turnip... and I find the email just a tad insulting.. lots of apologies have come from the campaign so far and more might be forthcoming..

They told us in early Oct they would need $12 million to campaign in the First Primary States. Late Dec they told us they would need $23 million more for the Super Tuesday states. They have a counter see we can see the progress. These points alone is more transparency than any other campaign. They release accurate FEC reports, available for review.
I've never heard them insinuate they were broke. I found nothing insulting about their email, I found it quite informative for them to let us know how much they expected they would need to run an effective campaign. What I find to be insulting is that people want to hold on to thier money for some money bomb games, wanting to make a big one day splash, even if the splash comes to late. Reminds me of the Tortoise and the Hare...
