I have organized over 175 meetup/events (see Ron Paul Meetup Events) and lived and breathed something I hated, politics. Many of you have received my many email alerts & updates. I, like so many of us, went into overdrive, energized by Ron's candidacy and the possibility that we could make a real difference.

I know it is the same for you.

...I had known about Ron Paul since the early 80s and had read his articles and heard him speak. He touched and inspired me. But I also watched him ignored by the establishment. I was busy raising a family, surviving, and honestly, I did not believe that the world Ron spoke about was possible.
That changed on May 29 when a friend, Thomas Costanzo, sent me an email telling me that Dr. Ron Paul was running for President! I could hardly believe it. All the pieces fell in place for me.

FINALLY, someone I could truly believe in! Finally, something to work for when the whole world was falling apart.

My apathy turned into red-hot passion for the true statesman of our day - Dr. Ron Paul!

All of us have watched with wonder as this Revolution raised more grassroots money from regular people like you and me than any campaign in the history of America. The money and the way it was raised astonished everyone. There has never been a campaign like this one.

Already the Revolution has changed the future. In the 6 months since I joined the Revolution I have also changed. I know you probably feel the same way. Some of those changes are little things, what we do with our time. Other changes are more subtle. Now, we know we can accomplish miracles because we have. Me, I walk a little taller today.

But I never thought it would be like this.

Each successive money bomb has been more successful then the last; those sent shock waves through the establishment. But that is not the most important part of the story. The most important part is about how we are doing it. We are doing it ourselves, forging a new world of possibilities with innovation, commitment and activism that does not take NO for an answer. We, the people, are learning to come together for a purpose greater than any one of us could undertake. Before we are finished America will have seen the renewal of hope and freedom that none of us really believed possible. We will have changed how we see the world and how we will live in that world together.

This Movement is nothing less than the essence of freedom itself, remaking each part of our lives. The power of our work illustrates the reality of a free people; that freedom to act that goes into the soul, healing us of fear and despair. When you know you are free you do not hate.

That reality will alter our nation and the globe, erasing our differences and uniting us as we have never been before. That is the vision of America, what each of us wants in the deepest place in our heart and soul.

The past months have been filled with challenges; more are coming. Each of us has dug deep; donated, worked, struggled with what we must do so that we could take time for this, our passion. When the going gets tough, the tough innovate.
