Caucus Fraud in Iowa yet little mention of this on Daily Paul, I wonder...
Has Daily Paul been infiltrated. So little mention of caucus fraud in Iowa. Could Active Forum topics be used by other campaigns>

Bev Harris on Iowa
I literally laughed out loud at the magic show the Republicans are putting on.
"We will be very transparent and report in live time on our Web site."
"Well not the details, precincts will come after the totals are announced " (think about this folks: You can't GET the totals without the precinct results. They're doing it out of order)
And then:
"Oh gee the web site isn't posting any results after all"
And then:
"Hello we are the networks and with 40% in we are projecting [note subtle misuse of language] "Huckabee won Iowa" [Correct language would say "we are projecting that Huckabee will win Iowa -- and not a single iota of results had been PUBLICLY released.]
Next we see the only live coverage, done by CSPAN, in which McCain thumps everyone.
Instead of counting in public, they had the public leave the room before the counting and things are being sorted out of view and counted under chairs and in in corners, with no public view of the data. This was done by perfectly nice people. Problem was, they didn't provide them with anything remotely sensible for a workspace -- like, oh, say a table and some chairs.
Next, we see a cell phone situation, which then inexplicably calls him back to tell him the call did not go through. Baffled, he says "we're done. I think."
More happy gesticulating by the networks pronouncing winners with great precision.
Still, at this time, not a thing has thus far been reported in "real time."
Then a nearly filled in map appears, but without telling us the percentage of precincts reporting and with no precinct data.
It's not up to the citizens to prove fraud. What we need is a system where the votes are counted in public (they were not, in Carroll County), and where we can check the precinct results against the reported precinct results.
What we got was a magic show.

Student Voters Supressed in Iowa
The Clinton campaign and Iowa's top political reporter have discouraged student voting.
A House Without Doors
The people of Dubuque County, Iowa, ran a completely open and honest election. The county's 41 precincts caucused in 41 classrooms at two local high schools. The participants in each classroom voted on easily read paper ballots, and the ballots were counted at the front of the classroom with candidate representatives welcome to observe. Representatives from competing factions in each classroom then ran their results down the hall to the county chairman, who waited with a cell phone. The county chairman invited each group to stay as he phoned in the results-just to be sure he did not make a mistake. The results from all 41 precincts in the county were then posted on a chalkboard where representatives from the various campaigns could double check them. Everything checked out: Buchanan 870, Dole 339, Keyes 245, the rest far behind. (A copy of the official tally sheets from all 41 precincts in Dubuque County are on file.)
But where had that GOP county chairman, as well as all the rest of the local Iowa Republican caucus leaders, been directed to call in his results? To the GOP State Committee? To the Iowa Secretary of State? No, to VNS in New York City. This means that the GOP state party had willingly abdicated its responsibility by turning over the vote tabulation to a media-controlled service-VNS. Indeed, in a letter to an outraged constituent dated June 6, 1996, Senator Charles Grassley admits: "Since 1988, the Iowa Caucuses have operated under the system whereby the precinct gives its results to the county, which, in turn passes the information on to the 'official' reporting outlet, the Voter News Service (VNS). The State Republican Party has no role in this reporting process and no independent verification of the votes. VNS is the first entity to get the results and then it reports them." (The Senator is wrong on one point. In the vast majority of cases where precincts in a county are not meeting at one or two centralized locations, each precinct caucus leader calls directly to VNS in New York City.)
So how did VNS handle its stewardship in Dubuque County during the 1996 GOP Iowa Caucuses? Badly, and perhaps criminally. By the next morning, only ten hours later, VNS had sent false (or falsified) results back to the Associated Press to be published all over Iowa. Buchanan had "lost" 13 percent of his vote in Dubuque County as it passed through the VNS and AP offices on its way back to the *Des Moines Register.* The AP reported that Buchanan had garnered only 757 votes-down from the 870 he had actually received. If VNS shorted Buchanan even four percent on average across Iowa, then Patrick J. Buchanan, not Senator Robert Dole, won the Iowa Caucuses.
Calls from multiple witnesses to GOP state headquarters and VNS brought arrogant, insulting responses. There was no interest in seriously discussing, let alone correcting, the "mistake." VNS admitted nothing. Iowa GOP headquarters insisted that they were in VNS's hands, and had to wait for the "official results"-which, as of Labor Day, had still not been published. Copies of the February 13, 1996, *Des Moines Register,* the *Cedar Rapid Gazette,* and a final fax made to the various campaigns from VNS are on file. A comparison of these sources against the official tally proves that 13 percent (or 113 votes) disappeared from the Buchanan column overnight.
Election Integrity Concerns in the Iowa Democratic and Republican Caucuses
The Iowa caucuses, both parties, will use a cell phone-initiated central tabulator for results. We don't know what company is providing the cell phone tabulation system. Both Republicans and Democrats are using it. We don't know if they are using the same company. We don't know the telecommunications routing. We don't know anything about the computer program doing the tabulation.
Legal voters thrown off rolls
From Florida to Washington, voters have been challenged because names or numbers on their registration forms did not exactly match other government databases, such as Social Security and motor vehicle agencies. "We know that eligible people have been thrown off the rolls," says Justin Levitt, a lawyer with the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University School of Law.

Iowa caucuses discourage participation by many voters
Because the caucuses, held in the early evening, do not allow absentee voting, they tend to leave out nearly entire categories of voters: the infirm, soldiers on active duty, restaurant employees on the dinner shift, medical personnel who cannot leave their patients, parents who do not have babysitting and many others who work in retail, at gasoline stations and in other jobs that require evening duty.
Israeli defense firm that tallies the Iowa caucus
The Iowa caucus results were tallied in 2004 by a company that is headed by a man whose company was bought by Elron Electronics, the Israeli defense firm. I suspect that it will be the same this year. Don't expect to see any grassroots political activists doing the tally in Iowa. The Israeli defense establishment takes care of that part of the American "democratic" election process.

A easy way to keep fraud out of the election...
Want to prevent voter fraud? Why did we not have our supporters sign forms after the vote with their contact information on it? Meet up group heads should have pages on a clip board and it should be mandatory if voting for Dr. Paul that this be signed. This alone could be used to verify numbers that are reported and a basis for proving fraud. It is our right to vote and even more so to ensure that each individual vote counts. I had read this somewhere, but if action was taken at each and every precinct or even placed at random locations it would cause the elites to hesitate before they skewed numbers when they know there are signed affidavits somewhere in the community to verify not close, but EXACT vote counts. This would cost paper, pen, and dedication. Instruct Ron Paul supporters to find the individuals at these polls and sign up, and then vote, it’s that easy! If you have the numbers and verification in each or many districts when the numbers are released you can verify each county. In Iowa if Ron Paul supporters would have recorded their vote totals then all of these conspiracies of vote fraud could come full circle and there would be people going to jail.
Dam politicians, not rivers!
Here here.
.
I think people are conditioned
to except voter fraud. The only way something will be done is when a effort to stop this fraud is undertaken by all the voters in all parties. A PETITION at the polls to DEMAND CHANGE NOW, one reason there is a small turn out most people already believe there is fraud. If they felt their vote counted they would vote.

This is
the most popular Ron Paul site on the web. Many are suspicious of the Iowa count, but hesitate to post about it for fear of alienating potential Paul supporters. Most in the US don't believe that these things would or could be "fixed" - after all, it's America, right? ...To suggest as much equates to being a "conspiracy theorist". The truth? The people in charge behind the scenes are scared to death of Ron Paul and are doing everything in their power to suppress his numbers, silence his message, and keep him out of the public eye. Why? Because he wants to pull the wool off of America's eyes and get rid of "their" biggest cash-cow, the Federal Reserve/IRS.
Know what I'm talking about? Ron Paul does, the owners of the Fed do. Is it a coincidence that the Federal Reserve act and the Income Tax act were passed in the same year? ... Nope.
Problem is we have to face it and fix
I think we should hire a law firm and sue the individuals involved we could all donate for this. If we can succeed in Iowa it will scare other in other states.
the key is going after each perpetrator individually not as a group.
then they have to spend their own money and time to fight us.
Where there's smoke....
You KNOW they cheated Paul. The thing is now to catch them.
"If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, THE TRUTH, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 8:36, 32; 14:6
the big questions
for me are:
1, Why were PRECINCT totals not released?
(or if they were, please provide a link)
They should release totals for each precinct (why do COUNTY totals matter?)
2. The Iowa GOP promised results real-time. Why was that not provided?
3. Why do the networks (or anyone, for that matter) report results before they are in?
Like the one comment I saw somewhere that Katie Curic was putting out some sort of results at 7 pm on Jan 3rd! (this was just a comment someone posted somewhere, don't know if it's true)
If there is no fraud, why not be totally, completely, and unequivocally TRANSPARENT, in real-time?
The OM is crowing about the "vote" going just as polls predicted
My thought is: Could the delay in reporting precincts in real time be BECAUSE they needed to make sure their "figures" coincided with the POLLS? That way it would be less suspect.
No insult to Bev Harris who wrote
The "magic" article in this post, but it offers nothing concrete and certainly NOTHING the big media would pick up.
You need to say what happened and when and back it up.
The stuff that happened with Dole was a thousand years ago. If something went down in Iowa, why don't the RP folks in Iowa chime in?
They were there.
T
Did you not see the Ron Paul supporters video when they filmed
Mitt Romney supporters voting multiple times?
What will it take for people to wake up?
All innuendo or do you have some evidence?
All innuendo or do you have some evidence?
Red flags all over the place but that does prove anything.
Caucus Fraud
You know, as a long time Republican, this sort of talk really rankles me. It paints everyone of us supporting Ron Paul as being on the fringe. Yes, we're all enthusiastic, yes we all want Ron Paul to win; but this is A LONG TERM COMMITMENT. The only phrase "Rome wasn't built in a day" sure applies here. You have an entrenched establishment who is not going to go quietly into the night. I foresee that the momentum of the Ron Paul Revolution will not truly be felt until a generation has past, and this country has seen the calamitous results of the path we're currently on. BE PATIENT. I don't see the good doctor running around crying vote fraud. Don't you think he has felt like a man on an island all these years voting against all the nonsense that comes out of Washington? No, we may not win the election, but we're starting to win hearts and minds. Keep up the good work and we'll be able to give our children a better nation than the one we've unfortunately inherited.
This makes me angry! So you want proof well
here it is click on the link and give up your membership in the flat earth society. http://www.youtube.com/wa...
this fraud has been proven
Fraud in Iowa has previously been proven in the court of law. It is ridiculous not to assume it would be tried again, and it is foolish not to immediately investigate the possibility. I'm sure Dr.Paul is counting on all of us to do this dirty work for him.

Smells like fraud to me
Hmmm very interesting.
I wondered if Paul lost if there wouldn't be signs of fraud.
As much support for Paul I see everywhere I go, if he loses or comes in third or fourth, these primary elections have to be rigged.
However 10% in Iowa is amazing.
Does anyone care?
maybe not!
Well everyone better start
Well everyone better start caring!
Because the whole election/nomination rides on this very issue!
Please check out my new thread "LIKELY VOTE COUNT FRAUD IN IOWA REPUBLICAN CAUCUS UNDER INVESTIGATION"
I am still trying to verify story, but checks and balances were not used by the GOP and this abosolutely cannot let this happen in NH.
from blackboxvoting....
And with the Republican race, I wouldn't look first at fraud in the number one position. I'd look for it in the area of repositioning candidates in the second through sixth spot.
- The delay in results is a red flag.
- The vote totals going down during the count is a red flag.
- The failure to release county results in live time, as promised in a Republican Party press release on Jan. 2, is a red flag.
- The failure to release precinct totals at all is a corrupt procedure. Note that the day before the caucuses, after much pressure, the Republicans did (belatedly) promise to release the precinct results on election night. They didn't.
In addition: I'm trying to get information on whether the public was kicked out of the room during hand counting in all locations, or just some.
I will be publishing some reports by caucus attendees in the "Front Lines" section later today.
There is absolutely no reason to consider any of the Republican caucus results to be credible.
I'm not saying they are wrong, I am saying the breakdown in checks and balances was stunning enough to call it not a magic show, but a bad magic show.
Bev Harris
proven
The gig is up. It has been proven that the system cannot be trusted. We need to stop talking about it and third parties need to get in their ASAP and do an exit poll. An independent exit poll at 100% is the only thing that is ever going to make this go away.
Yes, I posted quite a bit
Yes, I posted quite a bit ALL day long with comments from Black Box Voting, my first thread being "What we got was a Magic Show". Some people commented but I had a hard time keeping it in the forefront. We need to let this be a lesson for NH and make sure there are photographs taken of vote talleys BEFORE they are called in. It seems to me that Bev Harris has been "hopping up and down and waving her arms" about this from the beginning. GOP neglected to adhere to pertinent 'checks and balances'.
100% exit poll
We need a 100% Exit Poll
It needs to be done along side the official voting by say the Libertarian party, or one of the other independent parties. Here is how.
What is 100% exit poll??
Every precinct covered by at least two people while it is open.
Table set up with a SIGN that says, "Verify the Vote."
A simple tally is done totally independently of the GOP in the room
and the vote count.
Each voter passes by and tells who he voted for and the next
number in line is written under that candidate. No names
taken. If voter will not tell who he voted for, he goes under the
undisclosed column.
At the end, all the totals are added together (8 totals) and an
instant tally of how many people voted is immediately known
and an excellent indication of who won is immediately known.
All Precincts are gathered at a central number for a total state
count. A list of precinct totals are published so that precincts
can double check for accuracy and their job is not done until
they do that.
Independent audit totals are compared with GOP totals on the spot
and if there are discrepancies, immediately an objection is issued.
Very simple. Very independent. Should be no problem for the powers inside the room. Could have been done in Iowa because we had most, if not all, precincts covered. But they were not told to do this.
Most people would participate because their names are not taken, they get an instant tally told to them of who is ahead and how many voted for their candidate. Everyone wants a true, realistic count. It matters more than who wins to most people
You probably wouldn't even
You probably wouldn't even need to cover 100% of the precincts. Just focus on the largest counties in each state and cover all the precincts in those counties. This seems like something we could organize rather easily. Does anyone know if there are any websites setup to do this? You know what else would be cool? Setup video cameras at each exit poll and leave them recording all day long. Each voter comes by and states who they voted for, giving a much higher impact evidence than simple vote tallies.
how can i do this in ga
I want to work an exit poll at my precinct in GA on Feb 5th. I have my own business so I can take the whole day off work and do it. How do we go about it?
John Peterson

Great idea!
Keep it up
Exit Poll In Every Precinct
..is, to me, a great way to go, as delineated in WikipediaforronPaul's post. We MUST verify voting as it is COMMON KNOWLEDGE that our rights to vote and see our votes counted, is being compromised. The People MUST be sure. We can find out quickly whether this is true or not, along with evidence to demand a recount if it is. CAMERAS SHOULD BE IN EVERY PRECINCT.
Relax....go back to sleep America
Your officials have everything under control...have some more beer, football, and go shopping. Everything is under control.
I always wonder about some that are quick to diffuse situations that are a result from the Official Campaign blunders. "Calm down" they say or "Relax" usually things COPS say right before they TAZE you....
There is NO excuse for McCain and Fred to come in ahead of RP with a 3 point lead. I'm beginning to have my suspicions as well.

Caucus fraud investigation
suspect
It would be so easy if
Paul had 10%
Thompson had 9%
Guiliani had 8%
Which sounds totally logical.
Then take 4% from Guiliani (who lost anyway, so it doesn't matter ;) )
Give to Thompson. Voila, Paul is 5th.
They would reason that over in the Democrats, this is the way it works, sorta. No harm done, except to Paul-who we all know would sure mess up our little nest egg if he won.)
