Union Leader - Updated
Update: The editor emailed me immediately that he had fixed this error. There has been so much confusion on this, it's no wonder there are reporting mistakes being made.
There is something that needs correcting in the UL article here:
It says:
"After being "uninvited" to participate in an televised debate tonight at St. Anselm College, Paul decided to purchase an hour-long television slot that evening, because "I can afford it."
First, they have it wrong. It is not TONIGHT'S debate he is excluded from, but the forum on SUNDAY the 6th. I have sent several emails advising them on that.
Second, it is QUITE POSSIBLE that if he's "purchased" TV time for that Sunday time slot, it could very well be something OTHER THAN the 4:30 Town Hall meeting on the Manchester Public Access channel which will be televised live only to Manchester residents, and is FREE since it's public TV.
At this point things are moving so fast it's hard to tell but I will as usual keep my political ear to the ground and report what I find out about this.

Any new news on this?

I agree
no tape actual speech given to the people of New Hampshire about Freedom,Liberty, Economics & Peace.
This will catapult Dr. Paul in the primary and beyond.
After watching how all the other Candidates went after RP
tonight... I just know they are going to attempt to rip him apart during the forum where he will not be present and therefore will not be able to defend himself since he won't be there. I hope everything works out for the positive for Ron - whatever happens.
I hope during the hour that he is on (the one where he bought the time) that he will actually give an hour long speech and not show an 'infomercial' like the Iowa one. He needs to speak and speak and speak - like he does at rally speeches.
