So all those people donated MONEY to a presidential campaign in NH then just decided they couldn't be bothered to go to the polls today? Didn't we get most of our donations per capita there? Anyone know how many meet up members are in NH? It wouldn't be proof in a court but finding out would at least tell us something is rotten and we should support the efforts of the people trying to prevent voter fraud.

People, voter fraud in America is NOT conspiracy theory. It has been documented and people are in prison right now for their parts in the 2004 election rigging.

Does anyone have any idea how many people work in government vs the private sector? Once the balance tips past 50 percent in favor of govt. employees, its all over. I have several friends who recently got jobs in government at various levels and it seems to me these will be the only jobs left.

This is why we must keep the $$ coming into the campaign!!!

Other will drop out because they are broke. Imagine RP in a debate with only three others!! Maybe two others!!!! This is what we'll get if we keep supporting him!!!!

None of those so-called "morons" who voted for McCain knew that McCain voted for IMBRA, which forces Americans to be background checked before being allowed to say hello to foreigners online.

Because, especially since nobody echoed my concern for these kinds of laws on Daily Paul, the HQ was apparently too frightened to discuss Internet regulation...fearing that New Hampshire residents would side with McCain in his battle to stop American men for being all sex offenders until proven otherwise.

But the only way to get through on our loss of civil liberties is to expose all the laws that assume American men are sex offenders until proven otherwise.

This is not just some minor point. Nobody cares about laws designed to stop actual terrorists. I live in Europe and, when I call my parents in the USA, we expect that several nations are wiretapping us passively (but not forcing us to have background checks in order to talk).

So while HQ apparently considered this Neocon preoccupation with hating American men was "too hot to handle" or "not something too many people are concerned about", HQ thought it was "safe" to say that the US needed to close its huge air base in Germany and project no more power around the world (an extremely, extremely radical position - seriously).

As a result, there seemed to be no serious message of "We have seriously lost civil rights at home and here is a list of them".

Hugh Hewitt hit the nail on the head when he started interviewing Ron Paul supporters asking "What civil liberties have you really been losing that really affects your life"?

Most Ron Paul supporters cannot answer that question.

At least neither they nor HQ will discuss the issue (instead they think they have to mimic the McGovern campaign of 1972):

Does anyone realize how "I will destroy the IRS and replace it with nothing" sounds to people who listen to the MSM? You cannot be so blunt. You have to say "Replace it temporarily with a flat tax"...showing that you know how to compromise at least temporarily.

By far the last message that was needed to place well was "I will deconstruct the military and use the funds to pay for health care." This is considered to be the most left wing position possible. It shrieks of McGovern, Mondale, Dukakis.

Furthermore, the "youths" who harrassed Luntz and Hannity in the last news cycle failed to identify themselves as Republicans, thus giving the impression that they were left wing anarchists

Hair cuts would have helped for some of them. Hippies were left wing in the 60s. It won't work in 2008 to go that route. Believe me.

Now let's recount those votes. Then let's see HQ expose McCain's voting record.

if Ron Paul needs a new campaign manager to spiff up his image. I loved his speech on C-SPAN. He is inspiring, but perhaps he should start accenting the positive and eliminate the negative for a change.

Also there have been suggestions that the Ron Paul Meet Up Groups should take out small ads in their local newspapers on Ron Paul. These ads reach thousands of people - more than we could cover otherwise. RP won Jefferson County in Iowa because they took out newspaper ads and would change them weekly. Worked for Ron Paul there!

My vote is for "ignorance."

The controversy over Lincoln is a perfect example. The man was indeed a "monster," yet how many New Hampshire voters would agree, or are even aware there's a controversy in the first place?

If Ron Paul cannot get more of the anti Iraq people than McCain then we are in trouble. Lets face it most Republicans like war and big government. The Republican party is a lost cause.

NH voters are the most politically involved in the country. They are the best we've got. But the majority were unimpressed by Dr. Paul's style. We may love him, but he does not inspire confidence in many people.

Image is very important: Take the NH after-party speech - Dr. Paul had several minutes of CNN live coverage and what did we hear? A call to abolish the Fed and the crowd chanting "Ban the Fed!" After CNN cut away I saw him deliver some compelling lines on C-SPAN - but why weren't those delivered when the national cameras were rolling? Where was the polished speech they had weeks/months to prepare? Adding to the image problem: a cheap hotel backdrop and sign (above the camera frame) and no supporters surrounding him. His wonderful family was off camera. These things matter! Image that most viewers took away?: lonely and low-budget fringe candidate with an inscrutable message and some loud supporters.

That speech earned exactly zero new votes in Nevada, SC, and Michigan.

I love Dr. Paul's message, but if the campaign and the candidate don't understand that their image problem compels people to tune them out, they will not expand our national base, which polls (do we believe them now?) show to be 4%.

It's 'working'. Bush is vindicated! America wants to WIN!

Instead of focusing on the oncoming financial crises, the campaign was busy with anchor babies. If the campaign focues on the Tancredo voters, it will get the Tancredo numbers. They have stifled The Message.

The United States of America is no more. We as a nation have become to d*mn stupid for representative government. It is that simple. No vote fraud, no irregularities. People have voted for their slave masters, their tyrants. They deserve the government they get.

E-voting machines are NOT transparent. Paper ballots and observers watching the count and taking photos of the count sheets BEFORE they are called in to some secret "middleman" tabulation service and then put on some stupid pie chart on CNN. Now that TRANSPARENT process would leave little room for questioning the gosh darn results!!

People are the assets and our job, rather, obligation to Dr. Paul, is to educate them - one by one - just like counting sheep.

They live in the consumer condition and we want to lead the to the Producer Paradigm, teach them to create value and believe they can have prosperity without depending on someone else or the government.

It was so easy for me to support Dr. Paul the first I heard about him and donated and wholeheartedly supported a presidential candidate for the first time in my life (well, I did like Goldwater - AUh20 we used to call him). Because it was an obvious choice for me/us, does not mean it comes that easy for others.

Most people don't read but there are so many great books out there that would have a huge impact. One of them is RICH DAD / POOR DAD by Robert Kiyosaki (any of his books). A friend of mine said he read it and then said, "too bad we didn't read it when we were young". I said, we do it now for our children, to lead them, and to teach them all things are possible if you believe in yourself and find your passion and unique ability. If you follow that, and NOT the money - the money will follow. When we create value, the money will come in exchange for that value.

i.e. a lot of people depend on government lagress, pensions, etc... and that would possibly end with Ron Paul so why would people gamble away their wealth?....

however, since they're voting political and not economically, their future could be bleak.

We'll get the word out, but frankly the campaign needs to do whatever it takes to make intelligent use of the money we put in their care. They need to hire the best PR people and the best campaign manager money can buy.

Ron Paul is a unique product, but it's all about marketing. His staff was chosen by him, and so I can't say anything about that, but with $20 mil to work with,,,,,,,,,,I think his staff got glossied eyed counting the money and forgot what to do with it. Single digit result in New Hampshire, and sure enough, you're history in the media. This staff can't find it's way out of the men's room. Look at all the real props! They came from people not even associated with the "official campaign". Wow, what a chance at history.
