VOTE FRAUD, NO - BRAIN DEAD, YES

All the talk about vote fraud is frivolous. Most of the conservatives in NH support the war. Hence, they are brain dead. Get over it.

The question is where do we go now? Can we sustain a campaign in the face of two disappointing returns? I feel that unless we can pick up a more respectable showing in the next state or so we will begin to fizzle. Then what?

We need to think beyond the election to the future. Ron Needs to provide leadership beyond this campaign.

Why not discuss vote fraud?

Why not discuss vote fraud? It's very real.

New Hampshire is the most independant and libertarian state in the United States, and we're supposed to sit back and swallow that he came in 5th? I mean, New Hampshire was the winning state in the Free State Project a couple years back so that makes it THE libertarian state.

I'm sorry, it doesn't add up. McCain knew he was going to win. He was slighted in the primaries with Bush and now the powers that be paid him back for that discourtesy.

Conspiracy theory? Hell yeah! The possibility of it be reality? Huge!

Our democracy is broken and it has been broken and manipulated for 100 years. The establishment is very powerful, very determined, and very capable. These people have the time and money to do whatever they want.

The only thing I can say is it just proves even more how bad things really are. Whether good people actually get out and do things remains to be seen.

We have a long hard road ahead of us and I doubt we'll be able to achieve anything with some pseudo "revolution." Things are never won just by votes and that has never been so obvious.

Sorry but that's the hard truth....

Vote fraud is a significant issue

which is why people like Bev Harris devote themselves completely to the cause.

No, we can't declare there WAS vote fraud w/o evidence.

However, we can & should discuss the issues surrounding vote fraud.

Eg, in smaller towns with say single digit votes for candidates, if RP supporters said they voted & the results are ZERO votes for RP, shouldn't this be addressed?

This is a SERIOUS issue. Watch some of the YouTube clips showing just how easy it is to hack the system. Research how many Diebold (& other) electronic voting machines have been decertified. Investigate how a Diebold exec (CEO? don't recall) promised the GOP the votes in OH (the letter was leaked).

If every vote doesn't count, that how can ANY vote count?

well, yes and no

It's not time to think about "beyond the campaign" yet. You were on the right track to start, here: we need some good results very soon. I'm not quitting no matter what, but of course we have all kinds in the RPR and some of them *will* quit if the going gets tough. (Fortunately, others will join, as every day brings the news of the RPR to more Americans, who get excited and sign up.)

Ron does need to show leadership. We need to see that he is aware of what's happening and is exercising wise oversight.

Giuliani has been criticized -- rightly, IMHO -- for trying to save his stuff for Florida. (We'll see how that turns out; it may yet prove to have been a good choice. Sure hope not! LOL) Others have been criticized -- again, I think rightly -- for putting too much into Iowa and NH. Paul has taken a middle course, and the result is that overall he's in 4th out of the 6 significant candidates in terms of total votes from both states combined. That's not bad. In fact, really, it's damn good considering the handicaps we've been fighting.

Buuuuut... the troops aren't excited by 5th-place finishes; we need to move up. Let's work hard to make that happen, and let's hope RP is doing his part correctly. I have to trust him to do so, if I'm willing to put him in the White House. We can do a lot too. Buckle down and let's get 'er done!!

We should protect our vote. It's what we all work so hard for.

Vote fraud is an important issue and should be taken on with force. We cannot forget about the voting atrocities that happened in 2000 and 2004. Ron Paul as an idea is spreading like a wildfire and I predict the numbers are going to be big big big by the end. Wouldn't it be amazing if we won the last 10 states. We just have to get the message out to every single person we can get our hands on and hope they listen. In my state North carolina there are signs everywhere even in extremely rural areas. Our primary isn't until May. That's a long time for people to come around.

Wilmington NC LOVES Dr. Paul

STOP THE VOTE FRAUD THREADS PLEASE!

Unless someone can PROVE that it happened there is no point in bringing up the subject. So please stop!

We lost and will continue to lose because we are only a remnant. I remember Ron Paul calling us a remnant, and that means the message will only fall on those with ears to hear. Sadly, the rights and views of the few are not respected nor protected in a democracy, as that is what we have become.

We were a Constitutional Republic, but we could not keep it. That is blantantly obvious and much easier to PROVE then messing with votes.

I apologize...

...to the original thread poster here. I meant to start a new topic. Which I just did.

No, I disagree....vote fraud must be discussed

This is the only way to ferret out the truth so that someone can prove it.

You "ferret" out the truth

You "ferret" out the truth by proving evidence first. Where is the evidence? The burden of proof rests upon the accuser. Until then it is all just accusations which are meaningless. That is of course unless you are a federal prosecutor in front of a grand jury. They get a pass.

So show me some evidence please. Until then, stop making accusations.

As long as a private

As long as a private corporation is counting our votes in secret... we -must- assume that vote fraud is happening. The CEO of Diebold was already caught once suggesting that he would help get the Ohio vote for Bush in 2004. This isn't a rumor. It's a reported fact. Vote counts must be public and documented on paper! There is no excuse for anything else, even if you personally think there was no fraud this time. It isn't an issue to gloss over.

not who votes

but who counts the votes..yes we've all heard it a hundred times now,but it rings crystal clear..if we don't fix the vote fraud we are spinning our wheels..McCain wouldn't be elected dog catcher in an honest electon..he stands for EVERYTHING AMERICANS ARE FED UP WITH! this man is an evil insane psychopath..36% of the vote in the LIVE FREE OR DIE STATE with a 45% INDEPENDENT VOTING BLOCK.??hardly.I've never seen fraud on this grand a scale in my life..the horses came in just as the establishment wanted..but indeed we must fight on & spread the message & educate the masses!
