Donations Are Way Down So Far This Quarter???

I predict that unless Ron Paul makes some major changes he will be lucky to raise $3M for this quarter. And it will not be the fault of his supporters. Dr. Paul will need to look within his own campaign to find out what the problem is and how he can correct it.

Right now he's averaging approx. $65,000 per day and in the 4th qtr it was over $100,000 per day, that doesn't include the money bombs.

With the money bombs the daily avg. was approx. $219,000.

So as you can see, something needs to be changed.

January 21...

MAKE THIS THE BIGGEST AND LETS SQUASH THIS RACISM THING ONCE AND FORALL.

STOP WASTING RESOURCES ON NH RECOUNT.

THEY WILL LOSE 1/2 THE DELEGATES ANYWAY.

This is because morons are

This is because morons are believing he really rec'd 8% of the vote. I've been saying this for 24 hours:

MONEY WILL KEEP RON PAUL IN THE RACE WHILE OTHERS DROP OUT BECAUSE THEY ARE BROKE!!!!

talk about money

bump

The media is going to be all over this.

They are just looking for something legit to point to as he's just a flash in the pan. A temporary phenomenon. They will be all over this "news"!! We are cutting our own throats here people. Wake up and donate as much as you can. NOW and to the OFFICIAL campaign!!!

I'll Be Donating

I'm planning to donate $100 to the next money bomb, but I gave well over that amount to that last two. I'm going to take the extra money and donate it to some worthy grassroots causes, like the Jeremiah Black ads, or the radio ads, or the blimp, or maybe local newspaper ads.

Its about the same as last

Its about the same as last quarter so far. By November 4 he had raised about 2.7 million in 35 days. If you do the math its not much different than now.

But it true, though, that if he continues to come in 5th a lot of supporters will lose hope. The good news is that there is still no front runner, and expectations are much lower for him. If he can get even 12-15% in Michigan people will have some renewed hope. Especially here in Nevada, where we can really use it.

I can't understand why they aren't fighting in Michigan.

Disconnect

RESULTS=DONATIONS......indeed.

We do not even need wins, but showing we are legitimate (at least 3rd place) gives the grassroots hope and RETURN on their blood, sweat, tears....gives the public a "who is Ron Paul?" wake up call.....and gives us ALL a NEW marketing tool in recruiting NEW people to the cause.

"Yay!!!! We came in 5th and 5th....NOW please donate another 23 million to help us continue our incredibly effective campaign!" huh?

Look, I'm NOT giving up....just suggesting our donations go to LOCAL groups, GRASSROOTS ideas, media, signs, slim jims, etc. Heck, use the money you would have sent to the national campaign to put gas in your car and drive to another area to canvass. Make this an EFFECTIVE NATIONAL campaign....the "official" one doesn't seem to be working.

Ron Paul talks all the time about putting money back in "your pocket" from the bureaucratic, centralized innefective federal government. Might this not be applicable to our cause in the face of results so far?

Use your donations LOCALLY. Grassroots got us this far....time to water and fertilize the lawn.

You are 100% correct.

You are 100% correct.

2 of the total 20 $100,000

2 of the total 20 $100,000 dollar days for the campaign have been earlier this week, today the fund raising isn't good though.

Wins = Money

It happens every election cycle. Candidates who don't perform well soon find out that as the loses pile up media attention and money dry up. If Ron Paul doesn't start doing better at the ballot box he's going to run out of money.

I agree

HQs should not take its grassroots support for granite. If they don't use it, they could loose.

That is why I posted the forum yesterday on using webcasts, I appreciate the comments you posted in support. Thanks!

I also posted one this morning about HQ using Weekly Webcast to keep the base informed.
