Yesterday 970 wfla AM talk show host playing "coo-coo" sound effects over Ron Paul paid Political ads! This was not done during his normal talk time, it was sound effects played over the Ron Paul Paid Commercial.
Today on the show he admitted he did it, but said it was an "accident."
But my friends, IT WAS NOT AN ACCIDENT
I listen to his show daily, and I missed the actual event, it wasn't until today's show I became aware of it. He basically is looking for controversy to be like Hannity for his show so don't give him the satisfaction emailing or calling him, but a call or email to the management I think is in order.
I can not find a management e-mail, but Jack Harris (Host of another show on that channel) did respond and promised he would forward my email to his bosses Gabe and RC. He is a good guy and I think he will.
I don't want to even give the name of his show, it is on from 3 PM to 6PM

Ok, I've heard all sorts of names coming from the idiots that put party over country for too long. Apparently the new name for Ron Paul supporters (to make it easy to generalize us as a group and not individuals) is Paulsies!
I didn't see it coming at all, personally I can think of a few good names I can call them, but I'm a bigger man.

They need to run the Ron Paul commercial one time for every
coo coo that they played over it for free in prime time. Ten coo coos... ten free commercials. That would teach them a lesson. And we should all email them and let them know that's what we expect.
Then Ron should get his money back
He paid for an ad, or they should be forced to run some for free.

but bound to happen. The greatest thing this campaign has done is to educate the masses on the insidious nature of the Federal Reserve. I want Ron Paul to win but in many ways, he has already won. The government cannot lie to the people anymore without a large majority of us knowing their "dirty little secrets."
I studied Austrian economics about 4 years ago and was astounded that I had never heard about this stuff before. It all made sense to me. The housing market was unsustainable and buy gold to leverage yourself against collapsing fiat currencies. Only Ron Paul in Washington fights for our prosperity and for the health of our great Nation.

Licensed stations must act in public interest
My understanding of the licensing rules is that a station must act in the public interest. It must try to treat political candidates in an even handed manner.
File a written complaint to the station to be placed in their file. The file is reviewed when it is time for license renewal. File a written complaint with the FCC. That will get their attention.

Anytime a radio station fails to broadcast a paid announcement (without problems), they MOST CERTAINLY owe the ad buyer make-goods! The campaign should REQUEST PLENTY, to make good on the ad time lost, and the credibility lost thanks to their afternoon drive joker.
I'd also demand an on-air apology from this clown.
