ABC's Website excludes any mention of Ron Paul at the debate

Amazing- somehow in the 3 page ABC article covering last nights debate (the gyst of it was "nothing new to imply a change of direction- nothing to see here folks just move along") the mere MENTION of Ron Paul was nowhere to be found. Surely, if nothing else, they could have found it newsworthy that the winner of the debate according to the poll done by the very news network that hosted it was none other than Ron Paul- yeah...hIm-that one guy that brings a smile to their otherwise somber faces and adds some comic releif to the serious business at hand of selecting he of those viable candidates would best be suited for the sacred commission of bearing the weight of the entire world apon his shoulders. But there it is- NO mention of Ron Paul. maybe someone can post a comment to thank them for at least including Dr Paul in the group picture at the top of the article? http://abcnews.go.com/Pol...

Maybe I'm jaded but this really comes as no surprise.

ABC does what washington wants. I've been paying attention for years and noticed this.

OOhhhmmmm

Breath deeply and count to 1,000 before pressing the send button on any email. I get the sense that Old Media are intentionally baiting the movement. Be calm, collected, and articulate in your communication.

thompson ahead..no mcCain ahead

no romney won.no mcCain won the debate..no huckabee.. no julie-annie..no mcCain..no thompson is winning ..no McCain won..getting the drift..they are all dead horses with no support..sorry..there are counting on at least one candidate to be close to Ron Paul & there isn't one..they are scared..they don't know what to do..they are contemplating running Bloomberg..the vote fraud is backfiring..the people are catching on..there is a revolution brewing..a Ron Paul TRUTH revolution!

response to ABC

I usually send calmer emails, but I was so indignant at this exclusion that I had to write to them (they asked for FACTS so I outlined a couple for them :-) ) I hope this doesn't sound overly harsh -- I didnt' take the time (this time) to tone it down...

ABC:
I would like to share some FACTs with you:

1. Ron Paul (R-TX) participated in the Fox Debate in SC, so he deserves to be discussed in your article!
2. Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate who is discussing the GRAVEST threat facing Americans - the nosediving dollar and our failing economy.
3. Ron Paul is the only one brave enough to address our horrible finances in terms of foreign policy- including that we are BORROWING dollars from CHINA to support our foreign policy - BILLIONS of dollars each month and we are BROKE.
4. Ron Paul is the only candidate to point out that America keeps supporting dictators (like Musharraf) and that we suffer BLOWBACK from such policies.

Why would you leave Ron Paul out of your article?

The other candidates parrot pretty much the same things, over & over & over. We need CHANGE!

Only Ron Paul has a very different approach, a realistic perspective of our economy, and Dr. Paul truly understands what the Republican party has stood for throughout history... He deserves not only a mere "mention" but for his ideas (being so different from the same-old of the other candidates) to be highlighted.

Americans have the RIGHT to know about Ron Paul's positions and how his policies can help SAVE AMERICA.

Shame on you, ABC! I will be sending to everyone I know this story showing how you do NOT care about the American public enough to give them the truth.

ABC, you are losing credibility, FAST! And this is just one more step for your organization to follow the rest of the "old, corporate" propaganda media down to being just a relic of history.

The best response:

"Make fun, Buddy"

but be nice- it feels like we're being baited

if we clog up the comments box with caustic remarks it will put off potential future supporters. Use the comments to say what the article didnt- talk rationally of the positive points of the campaign. and try to avoid pointless smackdowns with opposing veiwpoints- just ignore those : )

Troops get all over this !

Don't let them get away with it.

Dr. Paul was a significant participant last night.

ABC

Also said he got no delegates from Iowa.

With the exception of John Stossel, who single-handedly seems to have turned me into a Libertarian (I started watching 20/20 when I was 11), ABC has lost my business.
