Why didn't FOX bring up the newsletter?

I have a theory ... The reason they didn't bring up that newletter is because of the CNN interview where Dr Paul responded with a strength that shocked most that watched it. Even Wolf was taken aback and was forced to admit that he couldn't believe the allegations against Dr Paul either. The only angle of accountability to Dr Paul over this whole thing was the fact that he wasn’t aware of the writings in a publication that had his name on it. Then again, this is consistent with how Dr Paul does things, look at the Revolution … it is completely decoupled from his campaign. He allows them to do their own thing in his name and yes, sometimes they do bad things with that power … but it is self regulating and issues rarely repeat themselves. As Dr Paul said in the debate about the 9/11 truthers , he doesn’t believe he has the power to dictate to people what they can and can not do. All he can do is be responsible for his own actions and hope that those that claim to care for him will not abuse their power.
This all comes down to Dr Paul showing that he practices what he preaches, which is more then I can say about any other delegate.

I believe that they did not ask Dr. Paul about the newsletters not only because he strongly denied being a racist but because of his stance on the War on Drugs. I am an attorney and the mandatory sentence for the amount of heroin you can hold in your hand, when you have not harmed the life, liberty or property of another is 25 years. What they do is divide the trial by having a trial phase and then the sentencing phase. When the jury convicts someone they do not know beforehand the length of the sentence. I have seen jurors cry because these sentences are so unjust. I have always believed the motive for the nonviolent prison population was a cheap workforce for corporate America. I think the most effective tool for dealing with the newsletters is to respond with the "War on Drugs" will end with Dr. Paul freeing a prison population that has been enslaved by our unjust government. If we respond in this way they will get over those newsletters rather quickly.

Yeah, Wolf Blitzer scooped Fox News, so they probably decided not to bring it up. However, if Fox can come up with who actually wrote the old newsletters, then they may do story on that if CNN does not scoop them again. I think the media is racing each other now, to see who can find out first who is responsible for writing the old newsletters now. I have heard some things on some websites, don't know if they are true. I found info on the web that Eric Dunderhead says he knows who wrote them and said who did write them(not RP), but I don't know if he was telling the truth or not since he's a disgruntled ex-employee of RP, or even if it was Dunderhead posting the info.

The Racist Drug WAR ! IT would have been a big boost for Dr. Paul in the Black and Hispanic vote. I got one more Black Dr. Paul supporter in Walmart last night with this point. He was a teacher and drug counselor.
Also, since Marijuana is the most efficient way to make ethenol (5 times more efficient than corn) and doesn't pollute because it doesn't require all the chemicals and fertilizers to grow the Big Oil companies don't want it. Also, since it has over 5,000 industrial uses that replace crude oil.
Since Marijuana Cures 3 kinds of cancers and has been proven to grow nuerons ( it is the only and best treatment for Alziehmers ) and has countless other uses. Big Pharmacy doesn't want this message out.
They won't try to touch this issue. So we must spread it far and wide.
