CRUELTY.
That is what Fox News showed tonight. They weren't just biased, or unfair. Its one thing to disagree with a man's opinion, but what they did tonight goes beyond the boundaries of a supposed news outlet. They were CRUEL. They attacked his character, they asked questions loaded to make him look bad, they actually asked him to denounce a group of his supporters. They left him out of the debate segments. Frank Luntz's "focus group" called him the loser, and made sure to get that fact televised RIGHT AFTER THE DEBATE.
Fox News, and the "journalists" moderated the debate are completely heartless. How could those men, in good conscience, sit there and do what they did. How? Because they're whores. Faux, and their cronies like Frank Luntz, are the face of evil in America today. They are the drivers of our slide toward fascism and tyranny. And the so-called "citizens" of this country who watched that farce tonight will fall for it just as those morons in the "Focus Group" fell for it.
God, save America from it's citizens.

Part of the time honored american media tradition... read the history of William Randolph Hearst and "yellow journalism"... the movie Citizen Kane (which you should have your family and friends sit down and watch) was a disguised portrait of Hearst... Or maybe they should watch Quiz Show.... a movie about manufactured reality, elites selling out for fame, and little discepancies that explain a lot.... followed by They Live.... when you put on the specially treated sunglasses you see the real message hidden in plain sight...
The Frank Luntz Stunt
Man, who is this guy? Where does he get off with his little side show? Did you notice how Fred Thompson was the unanimous winner with his little "focus group" and Ron Paul was the unanimous loser? That's rediculous. Not much mention of Ron Paul leading the txt vote at 33% either...........I'm real surprised people are falling for this, but they apparently are.
Ron Paul's courageousness
Last night's Fox debates were chilling. I was reminded of George Orwell's "1984" and "Animal Farm". I remember Brit Hume pre-Fox and cannot imagine how anyone who calls himself a journalist could look in the mirror and have any self-respect for how he behaved last night.
I have an even deeper admiration for Dr. Paul for knowingly going into this lion's den.

Of course he won. I think he brought in 33% while second place Fred Thompson ended with 22%. I believe these two numbers are correct although I might be off by a % point or two but hey... so was NH right? =)
I am so sick of this rediculous form of journalism.
I would love to see a tv news network that when interviewing candidates would just flat out say, "you know that violates article 1 section 9 on the U.S. Constitution? How do you feel about that?"

Don't forget that Congress has just passed legislation to further allow corporate amerika to buy up even more media. Along with this legislation the new rules will enable a media corp to own the largest newspaper AND the largest audience local TV station in a viewing area. As much as I don't care for Chomsky's social program outlook, his view of mass media should be mandatory for everyone's reading - "Manufacturing Consent", by Noam Chomsky.
