Thank You From Jim Forsythe, Meetup Coordinator, NH

From Jim Forsythe in NH...

I’m so sorry it has taken me so long to get around to saying thank you. After the celebration at the Marriott, I drove over to the OLFD house party in Rye, NH to thank those folks personally. I left there at 4 AM, and drove to the airport for a flight out to Reno, NV on business. I got a few hours of sleep on the flight, then showed up at a conference and immediately started working with clients all day. I finally got to pass out later that night, then back to the conference in the morning. But I know I am not the only one to have several sleepless nights like this. The dust has finally settled, and I wanted to pass on my deep appreciation to all those involved in the Ron Paul campaign in New Hampshire.

The sacrifices made by folks in NH and around the country have been immense. The sleepless nights, lost pay, financial contributions, quitting jobs, time away from family, etc, etc. These sacrifices have paid off immensely already. We crushed Giuliani in Iowa, and Thompson in New Hampshire. Giuliani spent a ton of money and time in New Hampshire, and could not pull significantly ahead of Dr Paul. We made Fox news look like fools for excluding Dr Paul, and now he is invited to the Fox debates in South Carolina. New Hampshire was only one of many battles for freedom to come. While not the outright victory we hoped it would be, we certainly did some serious damage. The next battle is in South Carolina, where I grew up. And with grassroots support well established across the country, super Tuesday could be very “interesting”. You folks in super Tuesday states could really have a huge impact, since voter turnout in those states is usually low, and campaigns are generally not active.

The number of supporters we got in for this is frankly astonishing. We must have had the most supporters of any campaign. On Monday we sent hundreds of folks out across the state to knock on the door of every known supporter. We had 30 people phone banking all day. And then when I walked through downtown Manchester, we had a huge group protesting the Fox Forum!!! Ron Paul supporters were EVERYWHERE. I would estimate that Operation Live Free or Die had up to 300 people at the end, and housed around 500 people total (as some came and left). Then we housed around 100 people with NH volunteers. And these are just the people we know about – I kept bumping into folks that just came up on their own. I think we definitely had 1,000 people in state working for the campaign near the end.

I also want to make sure that we thank the N.H. campaign staff, with whom I got to work very closely. There are so many things that they did behind the scenes that they can never talk about, and will never get credit for.

Tuesday night at the Marriott and then at the house party in Rye, I got to talk to a lot of folks about the future. The overwhelming majority of these folks are committed to continue the fight, not only for Dr. Paul, but for freedom in general. Many of the OLFD folks are headed to Nevada and South Carolina! I hope you will all make the same commitment to continue the fight for Dr. Paul and freedom. Please continue to be a member of our Meetup groups*. More details to come.

Finally, on behalf of everyone in New Hampshire who wants to restore our liberties: Thank you, thank you, thank you!

*Ron Paul’s campaign is about more than just the man, it is also the message of freedom and liberty. Now that the NH campaign is over, I urge you to remain a member of your Meetups so we can continue the fight to restore our freedoms. Stay tuned for details coming out in the upcoming weeks and months.

In the meantime there are two organizations that I strongly urge you to join since they have exactly the same purpose that Dr Paul has – to restore our liberties. I am only talking about these two groups, despite the large number of groups to choose from because of how important I think they are.

The first is one that everyone across the country can join – DownsizeDC (http://www.downsizedc.org...). All the special interests have their own lobby groups, but this group’s special interest is liberty! Once you sign up, it’s only a minute or two a day with a few clicks of the mouse to lobby Congress on a range of issues that most of us would all agree on. If we can get all the folks that have joined the Ron Paul campaign to join, we can have a powerful voice in Congress that can shout down all the special interest groups.

The second is an organization to join if you are in New Hampshire or are considering coming to New Hampshire – the New Hampshire Liberty Alliance (http://www.nhliberty.org/). Again, this is a pro-freedom lobby group, like DownsizeDC. However, it also rates candidates based on how they vote for freedom by rating legislation. Even if you are out of state, you may consider checking out the New Hampshire Liberty Alliance, and trying to duplicate something like it in your state. I know the NHLA would be happy to help with that. These are the folks that got a ban on Real ID passed in New Hampshire! They are VERY effective.

The fight for freedom has just begun!

Jane's Note: As a resident of NH I would agree with all of the above.
The 1,400 Meetup groups can serve as base from which to re-organize and perhaps re-energize the GOP. You have the numbers, so why not? You take the party back to its roots. Even if this is not to your liking you can use this to get involved in other ways.

In addition to the above groups, if you are in NH and want to fight taxes and corruption at the local level, please also consider joining www.cnht.org They are due for a major overhaul on the web (my next job when I can catch up). They are the largest group of its kind in NH, and an essential force in the fight for less taxation, government, and less corruption at the local level, where most things are controlled in NH!

two articles in new hampshire newspapers

http://www.nashuatelegrap...

http://www.concordmonitor...

i wrote the editor of the concord monitor and said (synopsis) that we do not hold ms. call personally responsible for state vote fraud, that is diebold's doing...but that we do hold her personally responsible for exposing it.

..this should be national news by now.....spread it far and wide!

thanks for those articles

Inept and sloppy is not the same as plotting and evil. Who hires these people and why aren't they being doublechecked?

However, these "errors" only add to the deliberate fraud going on in all the other counties!

Look for news on court order demanding machines be seized and examined in addition to vote recount!

Thanks for the hard work now on to Michigan!

We have till Tueday to make a difference. We can do it on the web.

You folks we are being CRUSHED over at:

http://news.aol.com/elect...

Get your butts over there and VOTE pass that link around we are behind by some 40,000 votes !!! that can not stand!!

Someone able to make this an article on the main page !

Chris Taylor

I voted

I can't believe the %'s on that map, I just aint buying it. AOL is pulling some hanky panky. I passed this on to my meetup group too and some friends.

Vote.

Who owns AOL? Here's how I know it's rigged

The very first AOL poll had Ron Paul winning almost every state, the whole map was green.

Then they got smart.

During the Iowa Caucus evening, I had minimized the screen with the poll on there. A couple hours later I refreshed the screen and lo and behold, somehow Huckabee had managed to pick up 12 more states (he'd just had 2)!!!

Whoever is doing this is carefully matching whoever is picked to be the frontrunner to what the results are coming out to be.

Ron Paul's votes are not being added. Just another way to slant the public's mind towards thinking Ron Paul is not "winning" (except myspace, facebook & Fox text polls, which they quickly disregard)

Who owns AOL? Hmmmm...

Is this breaking any laws?

WHO OWNS AOL ...

Time-Warner! Need we say more?

And thank you as well…

My it's been a long time since I've logged in here. It's been so long in fact it seems that the system has forgotten me. But this post gave me the impetus to write something again. I'd like to personally thank Jim and Sue Forsythe for opening their homes to us, a few strangers from NY. I'd like to thank the kids, and Teddy, for tolerating all of these new people coming into their environment.

Even before Dr. Murray Sabrin, Dr. Ron Paul gave his approval and endorsement to Dr. James Forsythe as someone America could use in a chamber of its national legislative body. I must say that Dr. Paul agrees with me once again :-)

Though this NH campaign ended in disappointment, there were enough glorious highs to keep us all well elevated whenever we should happen to look back upon them. We made friends and contacts, acquaintances and exchanges, and the warmth with which we approached one another, united only by the icon of Dr. Paul and a lust for potential Liberty, could stand as an example of the goodwill to be expected in a nation of fully free people.

I greatly look forward to a time when I will see everyone I know from NH again. Special thanks to Dawn Lincoln (she's hot) for the NHLA guidance through the State House, to Irena Goddard (she's hot) for being there at the Liberty Forum and for the help with that Jesse Benton situation, to Christa (she's hot) for being the glue at the Liberty Forum and going that extra ten miles and giving 110%. I'd mention some guys here, but most of y'all aren't into guys :-P

j/k I'm emailing who I can to contact who I can't.

still hoping I won't have to start ending correspondence with "ATFOTRAF"

Don't froget the Free State Project if you live in NH!

Liberty is not free, It must be earned!

The Freedom Movement

In this nation, at this time, we have to work with what is considered as influential and that is the 2 party system. Therefore, it makes complete sense to become precinct committee officers and take over our party one precinct at a time, one county at a time, and eventually one state at a time.

Right now I am focused on getting the one and only presidential candidate that will give us the liberty, prosperity, freedom and security that we are working real hard for.

Meanwhile, I am encouraging all patriots to stay tuned to the freedom movement with or without a Ron Paul presidency.

We can do this folks!!!!!!!!!! It is never too late to win for Ron Paul and to win our country back. We need it and our children need it. Oppression is crippling. Let's heal this nation.

Support your Local Ron Paul Republicans

John, et. al.- Thanks for all the hard work.

BTW, It appears that the Ron Paul message is catching on. I recently discovered the following site. I assume it is official. Murray Sabrin, a long time supporter of Ron Paul, will be running for the U.S. Senate as a Ron Paul Republican. Check out his website...

http://www.murraysabrin.c...

Hopefully there will be more.

Ditto...
