...that we need more professional ads, please go view the ads the Harry Browne campaign staff did here:
and BY ALL MEANS leave a positive comment (if you like the more exciting direction they take, rather than boring), to that effect ON YOUTUBE ITSELF. We will capture those comments on screen print and show them to Dr. Paul himself.
This isn't necessarily to get this same film team to be hired on, but to convince the staff that you would like to see more effective ads.
From your comments, we can get that message across to Dr. Paul.
And keep this thread alive so as many of you as possible can see them. If you've already viewed them, give them another view, and leave a comment this time. Also, send this video link to your supporter friends and meet-ups so that we can overwhelm the staff with the message that better ads can be made. NOT NECESSARILY THESE EXACT ADS, but in their more attention-grabbing direction and style.

These ads are dynamite. Absolute pure gold. You people need to see these and then put positive comments in at You-Tube. That is, if it is not too late. Are you still collecting comments at You-Tube for these ads?? I can't get on You-Tube at work, but will leave comments at home in a few hours (6:00pm EST). Will that be too late? Man these commercials bring back great memories of me starting to see with eyes wide open. Harry was so crisp and clean in his presentation and delivery. I suspect that if he could have figured out how to get the attention RP somehow got he would have done quite well to.
For those that have not read it, I recommend Harry's "Why Govt. Doesn't Work" book. In there he will tell you how/why war is the biggest govt program and why it should be shut down like the rest of the criminal projects run from D.C.
There are also great specifics on what he would do his first days in office. I mean specifics. So great! I never really worried about what RP was saying on this subject b/c i figured he was reading some of this.

I already would have. But since he didn't want to be overwhelmed with calls, he's asked that I gather comments to help with the argument. He is already there. People who have already made inroads and are merely asking for back-up in stopping what you all have been complaining about.
Not trying to be rude, just saying, there's a huge group of influential people ALREADY ON IT, and I'm just doing as they asked.
I know of your other thread, remember, I posted there, too, and have saved the ideas, with the names of those who suggested them, to give them credit if something breaks.
Don't get mad at me. I'm just trying to take advantage of a damn good opportunity. But I see it's more important to talk about how old of Paulheads we are, and which pointless online poll is going on, and the worst, a whole lot of bitching about the campaign staff. Have you run a presidential campaign?? I HAVE. It's hard, incidentally. I'm trying to help them, not pick on them and criticize the hell out of them, and I have a unique situation in that I'm experienced enough to do so, but am not.
Sorry to be a smart ass, but you asked to be heard, I'm trying to get you heard, and you're saying, "yeah, so who is it". DOES IT MATTER? He's there right now, and asking for your back-up.

LOL thanks stephanie47. No offense taken. I fired that off at work maybe too terse, (didn't think so?), but it's not at all that I did not "trust" you or your ability to get to Dr Paul or others on staff if need be.
I am glad that you are representing our ideas and yes I do remember you on that thread; I hope it also gets presented to Dr Paul because of the variety of ideas it contained. It took on a life of its own, and I was impressed by all the creativity and marketing expertise brought out by that discussion.

Thanks for posting this. Harry browne had those ads made with no money. Why isn't this Campaign getting ads similar to these? I think Ron Paul is being to frugal. It's time to hire a good qualified campaign MGR's.
Time for all of us not to just bambard FOX, CNN, MSNBC, etc. It is time for us to bombard the NHQ and tell them what we think. This is our campaign...We are maikng this happen. I know without Ron Paul there would be no movement. But without us there is also no movement. They ask for more money..I ask what for if they are doing nothing with it? Time to speak out before FEBUARY 5th comes and passes. I am writing the Campaign a letter. I hope you all will join me and flood the headquarters like we flood the MSM.

They produce mediocre and emotionless ads and then spend millions of our donations airing them. This is why we only came in 5th in libertarian-friendly New Hampshire.
