I have seen his facial 'injuries' change a great deal over time. i have even seen him with bandages over that particular cheek lump that seems to grow in size from time to time. I seriously wonder if this is some skin disease or cancer or something. I also wonder if this ailment is responsible for some of his famous temper. He has chosen public life and he must accept the positive with the negative. Age and Health are serious concerns for many voters. Do we really want to worry about our president having to spend time in and out of hospitals? or worry if their physical ailments are affecting their psychology?

...Where are the rest of the votes going? If Thompson is not listed, then he has less than JulieAnnie's 4%. So that still leaves at least 4% going to someone else. Who?

I take my marching orders from the Constitution!

And why...

1) Most of the delegates are awarded to district winners
1) Only delegates count in the convention
2) Zero precinct wins and 4th on the state level means zero to one delegates

I posted about a few possible distrcits( 5 and 12-14) held by anti-war democrat congressmen that we could win. Is there any news about those?

I hope the 10% means that we got a win in one to three of the those districts and score delegates to the convention.

At least it looks that way. We need to keep growing our support and ride into the convention with a 100million dollar peace chest!!

All of them put together aren't worth one Ron Paul.

I have been wondering, since lack of money and fund raising ends campaigns early, and should end Huckabee and Rudy and Thompson; Ron Paul should be able to go the distance. Ron's numbers and delegates should go up making him a player at the convention. Just a thought.

Somebody knows something and it isn't good for McCain.

Without a doubt ... if RP comes in even 4th ... with good numbers close to third ... I am gonna celebrate.

In Michigan where Ron Paul again didnt spend alot of monies getting 4th at 10% is quite awesome....
Obviously South Carolina is the first place he intends (I darn well hope) to take a REAL STAND for the nomination...

I *am* sincerely disappointed in NH but considering everyone claims they have been banged on 10 times for each candidate I assume the state was BLITZED after all and with Ron not spending alot of money there, perhaps it WAS the best strategy...

He's gonna have to spend it sometime and I have a feeling SUPER TEUSDAY he is going to go all out for advertising... betch ya!!!

I know Romney is probably no better than McCain, but McCain really scares me. I have not idea why people vote for that guy.

I wish folks wouldn't be so disappointed 10% can change this country! As has been said it just isn't going to happen over night.

Well, if that holds up, 4th is better than 5th in my book!!

This is a very big deal for me. Back in early 2006, when I first heard about a horrendous law forcing me, as an American male, to be background checked just to be able to say hello to a foreign woman online, I was shocked to find that only Ron Paul and Tom Tancredo (and 2 Democrats) had voted against the law.

I found people at conservative and liberal forums were uninterested in the subject of Internet regulation and online dating rights.

They just did not CARE. If anything, they were interested in giving their opinions on men who would date foreign women, not their opinions on what our right to assembly is all about according to the 1st Amendment.

Then I looked up the history of libertarian voting patterns and I saw it never amounted to more than 3% in a national election.

Now, with the RP Revolution, libertarian-minded people are polling consistently at 10%, in terms of real voting behavior.

Ron Paul did not even campaign in Michigan and got that 10% (hopefully).

This means he will surely get 10% in Nevada and western states like Colorado.

RP Supporters are going to be the Kingmakers in the 2008 election at the very least.

McRudyromabee Thompson will probably join up to nominate one of themselves while taking promised positions in his administration.

But they will need the RP Supporters to win the general and we won't be budging until we see the Republican Party accept most of our platform.

I may be a vegetarian, but I'll defend to the death my right to eat pork!

Love to see him knock off lil red truck Fred and Rudyjudy. Too cool.

Lets hope MI GOP doesn't try to steal votes from the great Dr.

4th in MI would be good.
I would love to see 3rd in NV.

Rudy is counting on FL.
Thompson and Huckabee are counting on SC.

If these guys do poorly in these states then they are likely out before Super Tuesday. I dont know how many Rudy supporters we could pick up, but I think Thompson supporters might be somewhat easy to convert, considering he has been talking so much about the constitution lately :)
