Ron Paul is only the beginning...
I have never been politically involved. Now I'm heavily campaigning for Ron Paul and I'm reading up on issues about civil liberties. I read bills like HR1955 (attack on your 1st Amendment rights), Veterans Disarmament Act(beginnings of taking the 2nd Amendment rights). Now I write to my representatives and tell them how I feel about specific bills that harm our civil liberties.
Ron Paul opened my eyes to these issues. There is no political party at stake when our freedoms are under attack. Freedom unites us all and there is only one colective group, The Human Race.
So Ron Paul and his messege does have staying power especially now in a time when Freedom is in question.

With income tax refunds on the way, and a new federal boondoggle -- "economic stimulus checks" (borrowed from our children and grandchildren) on the way, there's no reason to hold back on Monday -- let's make it clear to Ron Paul, and the rest of the nation, that we are in this for the long haul.

On January 19th, 1920 The U.S Senate voted against joining the League of Nations. Again, I think it best to wait until the 21st. But if you cannot (seriously cannot) give on that day, today would be a very good day. I had originally recommended a one day donation of $100. to $125. or $17.76 per day of the week, from the 15th to the 21st (carpetbomb of money idea). I was hoping we could raise 7 million in necessary funds.Everyone needs to do their best to make a difference. On the 21st, give it all you've got.. Again, I think it best to wait until the 21st. But if you cannot (seriously cannot) give on that day, please give before the 21st. Thank you.

January 20th is Presidential Inauguration Day! If you absolutely are not able to donate on MLK day, this would also be a good day. I am happy to see the numbers rising. Big numbers great to see just as money was slowing. Gave twice this week and giving more on Monday for the big Bomb. We are going to do this. Don't be discouraged when Roman pulls first in Nevada, that is a mormon state and they will flex their large families for him. Paul should get 2nd and make it close. That is definitely a win. Then we make a big push into FL and AZ baby. This train is just getting started. Feel the love, stay positive effect change and nobody can stop us. My Selfish Reasons
I have already donated $200 and will BOMB another $2100 on the 21st.
Why?
When I hear Dr. Paul speak I hear an honest man thinking out loud. When I hear all the other candidates speak (besides Kucinich and Gravel) I hear blah blah blah....
Just look where the last 7 years of blah blah got us!

The 5th and the 16th had way more leader ship. the 5th had the most mostly cause it was a new idea 16th had less but had momentum from the 5th. Nobody is working the myspace profile on this things.. Are the Dems starting to fear us as well?
I've read about the negative spin on the MLK day fundraiser posted at the Kos. My thoughts are this:
1.) The fundraiser was just another invention of US "kooky" supporters and has no direct link NOR approval from the Official Campaign, leaving Dr. Paul sheilded from any scrutiny.
2.) We and Dr. Paul have been wrongly accused of racism. A massive donation defies this smear. Dr. Paul has publicly stated his admiration for Dr. Martin Luther King, Rosa Parks, the Civil Rights movement and its use of non-violent protest. Lets face it... It was the courage and dedication of Dr. Martin Luther King that propelled the Civil Rights movement to victory, not LBJ (a Clinton blunder that the Dems don't want brought up again)
3.) Aside of Faux News, the MSM is a liberal controlled environment and any publicity generated by a GOP candidate steals airtime, independents and conservative thinking Dems from THEIR cause.
4.) Dr. Paul, with his anti-war stance, realistic and touted economic ideas, patriotic appeal, small government philosophy and powerful message of freedom, IS the ONLY GOP CANDIDATE CAPABLE OF BEATING THE DEMS IN THE GENERAL ELECTION (We know it and they are beginning to fear it!!)
5.) When Dr. Paul rises from the ashes of a demicated field of broke GOP neo-cons after Super Tuesday and has serious momentum, the democrats will be unable to stop him.
