We will be paying him back just as soon as we have the ability to access our account which was shut down due to I guess terrorist flags? that is a long story which will be told later. Our only goal now is to get this mess cleared up so we can get the funds back in our pockets and stay on the roads.

Granny Warriors Still Need Money
Linda Hunnicutt was interviewed by Alex Jones this afternoon. She said they were up all night trying to straighten out the mess with PayPal. She didn't even know RP had come in 4th in MI. That is how focused they were on getting the funds released.
They were able to get the money from an unnamed donor to the SOS for the recount, but they have to pay it back. I read another post on this thread saying they got the money released except for the $ 1,000. that started this whole thing.
They were using a PayPal credit card and that was also frozen so they did not even have money or credit to buy gas. Since they are on the road, Alex suggested sending money to them via Western Union. That way they could get it in any town they stopped in that had a WU office.
Has anyone contacted them to find out if they are using the WU suggestion?
I'm all for giving them more money for gas, food, etc. I contributed $ 50.00 toward the recount. I believe Alex said they had piled up some debt for their efforts to promote Ron Paul. Does anyone know how much?

You have to call paypal before you go on a trip or you may end up stuck somewhere. I almost got stuck in the salf flats with no way to get gas and had to sleep in the car a few days because of paypal.

I talked to my attorney 2 days ago and asked them to pull the law regarding recounts of elections in NH LAW
They were very clear to state that there is NO TIME LIMIT THAT CAN BE ENFORCED BY THE TIME THE SECRETARY OF STATE CLAIMED
YOU MUST ONLY GUARANTEE THAT PAYMENT WILL BE MADE ON THE DATE THAT THEY REQUIRED NOTHING MORE. You also only have to pay when the job is done NOT PRIOR.
They had no choice but to allow the payment for the entire recount unless they wanted one massive civil suit from every paul supporter on the planet.

Concerns on recount
Not to be negative, but based on what I've seen, it may have been a delay tactic to alter the ballots. We shall see. If they find no problems, it's not like we would trust the machines. It would just mean that they either changed the ballots or didn't have to cheat in that state. The media did a good enough job of cheating him.....and us!

Up To A Month For Recount
I read that this morning in an article about Kucinich and the Democrat recount.
Kucinich is having the recount done differently so that may be why it will take so long. He has paid for a recount of the largest county only - Hillsborough. Depending on the results of that recount, he may move on to the 2nd largest county which I believe is Rockingham.
There are a total of ten counties in NH.
He was interviewed by Alex Jones this afternoon. That is the source of my information as to how he is proceeding with the recount. He said the fee works out to be $ .24 per vote counted by hand.
Since the Republican recount is being done simultaneously with all ten counties, it should take less time. I can't imagine any reason why it couldn't be done within a week.

We just got word from Paypal after a all night battle with them sending them tons of information and verifying my legality and things that had absolutely nothing to do with this event. Anyway a very nice lady at Pay Pal realized the seriousness of this and looked into the whole thing and has unfrozen the account. The only thing that is frozen still is that questionable donation of $1000 that started the whole affair.

Did the NH SOS actually approve and authorize a full statewide recount, with the specific ballot scrutiny requested by Albert Howard?
This is the only post anywhere on the Internet where that is implied (I've read other things suggesting that the GOP recount was cancelled).

it looks like you are right. NH officials are playing unbelievable games, and the 'chain of custody' of the ballots and machine memory cards has already been compromised. A true re-count is impossible at this point.

Validating Votes = Having Able Bodies Present
To validate the recount process, we need representative per each election official to confirm their results as they manually count the ballots. If we do not have able bodies during this process, we could have inaccurate results. I have worked with ballot issues in Illinois and was threatened by then Governor George Ryan because I brought a tape recorder in the proceedings and had it recording on top of the table as the Illinois GOP challenged the Libertarian petition to be on the ballot. It was a very disturbing process and woke me up to the extent how the two-party oligopoly will work to deny the people of our nation a voice.
I have a strong feeling that
even a recount won't satisfy any of you. Wow. We didn't even have "multiple thousands" working on the campaign in NH!

The person most informed about the re-count is Bev Harris. In her most recent article, yesterday, she stated that Howard's re-count wasn't happening, and state officials in NH were not cooperating with efforts to organize a re-count.

As far as I know, Bev isn't a Ron Paul supporter. But her commitment to winning a return to honest elections is unquestioned..... and if there was fraud, there's no one more qualified to address it. She's been in this fight for a long time.

I received this email just now in my email box direct from Mr. Howard because we donated for the recount in the beginning, when it was talked about here for the first time that Mr. Howard was going to ask for the recount. That's why they sent an email update to us. I assume that anybody who donated direct to him received this email. Grannywarriors was not in the picture at that time (when we donated), I believe.
But I agree about having caution. It is always better to be safe than sorry. Thank you for questioning.
