If this is ANY thing like the LAST Time he did this NO F'n thanks! FLASKBACK: last time we all got a check for $300 indv & $600 family in the Fall, then when tax time came...BAM this amount was deducted from your rebate! Basically it is a early tax refund, so what happened to peopel who Owe? they have to give it back ?? and They sure as hell didnt make this fact clear. It caught me off guard as my refund was alot less then I expected . I thought my accountant had made a mistake so call all pissed at her for no reason.

If Bush gives a $800 rebate, watch the Chinese economy. IT will get a bump up, just as it has since all the other stimulus ideas have been put to action.
