Paul 2nd in Nevada: AP

Good little blurb in the MSM. Second in Nevada is a good day's work. I tip my hat to the Nevada Meetups who helped our guy do so well.
The article also mentions that RP beat Giuliani in both Nevada (by a wide margin) and also South Carolina. But the message is growing and that is the main thing.
We have eight months to go before the convention. So this might be a good time to kick in a few dollars to help keep the momentum going. Ron can't do it without you and me.
It would also be a good thing to keep the Ron Paul name alive by calling into various talk radio shows. I am convinced the great publicity on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory and Art Bell helped get votes in Nevada - along with the Fox snub of a couple of weeks ago. The media can be a great resource if you can just pick up the phone and start talking up the growing support.
If this were a horserace, we are just now approaching the first turn. Quite a ways to go, but I am encouraged by the Nevada turnout.

Ron Paul WON the Nye County caucuses with 33% of the overall vote! I wonder if there are any houses for sale up there!

I talked a business friend into caucusing for Ron Paul in NV. He feels Ron had the majority in his caucus until, 20 minutes after the doors were closed, a group of Romney supporters insisted on being allowed into the caucus, saying they couldn't find the right room in the school. When my friend spoke in favor of Ron Paul he was loudy boo'd by Romney's supporters and told "Ron Paul shouldn't even be allowed in the primary because he's not really a Republican".
I wonder if this is the same group that were let in the side door at the IA Straw Poll at the same time Ron Paul supporters were being barred at the front door?

Somewhere today I heard one of the talking heads saying that their polling (ok, it's probably not accurate, but it's what I've got) shows LDS voting 90% for Willard (Mitt).
So.....In the Politically Correct world, you are NOT allowed to vote AGAINST someone because of their religion; however, you ARE allowed to vote FOR someone because of their religion.

I stopped watching news on TV period. The blatant censorship makes me want to puke. If Dr. Paul doesn't get the nomination, I am still going to write him in. I don't have the cash, but am donating $100 on a credit card tomorrow anyway.

Nothing is more believable than that the owners of newspapers and television should use their power to block people that won't further their interests and promote people who will. Why else do you think they bought up the entire media, including Hollywood, and keep it securely in the hands of themselves and their kin, if not to control?

In order to understand what effect this monopoly ownership has on what Americans are allowed to see or not see, one has only to understand what it is that the group in control wants for the benefit of its own group--usually masked as a universal benefit or a benefit for an underdog.

Tim Russert coined it today. I can't believe that so many people are hearing Ron Paul and hating what he says. How could you not just love this message? You'd have to be a welfare mom, a war vet, or a "USA rules the world" freak not to totally get behind RP.
