Montana governor fights Real I.D.
The Parties are both dying when I see good news like this.

"The Freedom Party" attracts everyone passionate about civil liberties.
Both the Demicrans and Republicrats are merging with the milli-media herpes complex. They will become "The Government (fascist) Party.

17 States With Moral Courage???
17 States have signed a document voicing strong determination to not comply with DHS REAL ID. This is great. I can't believe there are 17 states with moral courage to actually resist BigBrother. Where was their moral courage when Judge Myran Thomas told Alabama it couldn't display the Ten Commandments in its Supreme Court building. I would think the latter had greater moral compulsion than REAL ID.
Already a thread on this

Liberty for Dummies
Oddly enough
there may be an up side to this for those living in the revolt states. If one is forbidden access to federal buildings and courthouses there would be no need to file a federal income tax return or comply with any summons issued by the IRS or Federal Court. How can it be legally justified to require one to pay for a facility to which one is denied access and use, or to call one to appear at a facility to which one is forbidden entry?
Yeah.... I know. Legaities have nothing to do with anything when it comes to this administration, but it sure will serve to tie up the courts for the next 20 years.
F R E E D O M !
And Just for the Record...
When the federal judge told the Sovereign state of Alabama that it could not display the Ten Commandments in lobby of its Supreme Court house, that SHOULD have sparked the second civil war. Alabamans should have had the moral courage to tell the federal marshals to just TRY and remove the monument and then be prepared to back it up with defensive force. But, as it was, there is no moral courage in the land; they simply rolled over, like cowards affraid of a blowing leaf. We are just a bunch of neutered eunuchs, who beleive in nothing, stand for nothing, and therefore are unwilling to live or die for anything.
Maybe Our Last Hope?
Everyone has always looked to Texas and its inherent right to secede from the Union as our last hope against an oppresive federal power, but when you see this sort of leadership and determination from Montana, one wonders if the last defenders of our liberties will not rise up from a different quarter. I say post the governor's email address so we can thank him for standing up against Homeland Security's 20th century "mark of the beast." (The 1st century mark refered to Nero's and the Sanherin's persecution of Christians)
