218th Anniversary of U.S. Constitution - March 4th - Next Money Bomb

Lest our quest for liberty fail for lack of funding, Ron Paul has asked that we not forget to continue funding the campaign. I am proposing the next Money Bomb be set for the Date the U.S. Constitution was Formally Ratified - March 4th.
This is about 6 weeks away; we should space future money bombs about this distance apart so people can recover and allow time for promotion.
This is certainly an appropriate theme for the campaign. Indeed, what could be better? It is difficult to think of a single problem we do not face as a nation that is not linked to our government's violation of the Constitution and disregard for the rule of law.
Of, course, if you can afford and are so inclined, we encourage donations to Ron Paul now. But, if you are inclined to wait and need time to recover from the last mass donation day, please make your most generous donation to Ron Paul on March 4th - the 218th Anniversary of the U.S. Constitution.
UPDATE, UPDATE, UPDATE: We launched a web site Wed. night, Jan. 23. It needs some improvement as to appearance and content. Will advertise here in a day or two.

Too many moneybombs!
There have been so many moneybombs I can't keep track of them all.
If you want your bomb to succeed, then it has to be fairly exclusive.
The campaign needs the $$ way before Feb 5th, so Mar 4th is too late.
Start bombing NOW if you really care to see this campaign continue.

I <3 RON PAUL and I like this idea of the 4th of March....How about we plan some of these farther in advance as well, like one on the 4th of July?
Also, maybe mini money bombs planned in between the big dates...he needs money every week so people are doing the weekly paycheck thing, but people don't get paid every single week most of the time. I really like the 14th of February as well...I <3 the Ron Paul rEVOLution!!!! Just my 2 cents.

the money bombs are cool, but RP
needs the money now. I hate for people to hold off until March 4th, this will prevent advertising that needs to happen before then. Give on March 4th too, but $25-50 a week will help a lot in the meantime. From now on I will give each Friday. I held off for the MLK money bomb and gave $1000. I might as well have given it earlier.

How often do we need to re-ratify the Constitution? Maybe this is why the government no longer seems to be bound to it.

Yes, it has been posted at the Forum. I agree that we should encourage pledges of $100-200. RP has asked for $23 million, so we have our work cut out for us.

How I Found Out About Ron Paul
... was because of the websites, top-notch you tube videos, and overall hype that promoted the Tea Party money bomb. The build up, it seemed, to that date was so thick you could cut it with a knife. I would love for March 4th (why is this not a national holiday?), the day we as individual Americans defined the basis and beauty of our nation, to be a day when thousands of uninformed apathetics find something to believe in again.
If we hype the day and the message... the votes and the money will come.

It's totally perfect in every way. It applies to the Constitution, which is our number 1 reason for supporting Dr. Paul in the first place, and it is far enough away for our pocketbooks to recover and do some serious promoting. We need to get the next website up and running and get this thing moving. 3/4 is the day to break the record AGAIN!

i don't mean to flood this post..
but if this dates questionable, then we should come up with a list of dates and have a poll on dailypaul...the money bomb date with the most votes after 1 or 2 days is the one set in stone.

But if in the next debate he brought up the fact that he has out-raised all his candidates...he could even give a quick "and we're about to do it again on March 4"...about a 3 second plug, but think of the millions that watch the debates.

Maybe if the official campaign endorsed it far enough ahead of time (perhaps on the official site) it would get more coverage = more pledges. Who has the ability to speak with the campaign manager? After all, not all RP supporters are bloggers or internet junkies like us lol

I think we could have a theme contest to come up with a tag line showing RP's platform is our Constitution. Something like, " Support RP on the day our founding fathers ratified his platform!" --- or something to that effect. I'm an accountant (in recovery). I'm sure we've got some marketing types out there who can come up with something really good.

I don't want to max out on all these little money bombs, this will give me a chance to save 10% of my paycheck for about 3 paychecks...i'd rather max out on a bigger money bomb where it will get a lot more press coverage..(MLK didn't seem to get very much coverage to those outside the movement)

It's far enough away that we can get the word out, get plenty of pledges, and market it so that it's big as Dec 16. I'm tired of all these little money bombs with almost no notice (I can't check dailypaul every day), it makes it far too common. This is enough notice in advance that we can raise far more than Dec 16th. What would the pledge be?
