Write to Glenn Beck

I notice consistently that Glenn Beck agrees with Ron Paul on things like economy and social policy. He is also very respectful of RP and believes he is upright. His main peeve is with RP's foreign policy because GB supports the war in the middle east.

I think GB has come around a lot ever since he bought RP onto his show. I listened to the last radio show where in he bought in RP to talk about the current economic crisis and again they had a very good chat. Other than this, GB never talks about RP on his shows; he is part of the MSM blackout.

It would be good if Glenn Beck bought RP on to discuss foreign policy. For sure it would be a very civil discussion since he talks to him respectfully. It would also be lively. Of course, I notice the GB avoids talking about foreign policy in his interviews with RP (he knows there is a big chasm).

However, I think it would be good idea to write to GB requesting him to chat with RP on TV/radio on foreign policy.

what do you folks think ?

Why?

Glen Becks job is to fool people into thinking their voice is being heard. While he speaks of real problems he will NEVER support any real solutions.

Do you really think GB does not know about Ron Paul?

Ron Paul Letter Bombs

Why not send your letters to the major newspapers around the country?

The rag mags..(tabloids) Bomb them with calls asking why they can carry a cover story about some actress gaining weight but they can't blow the lid off a major scandle like government corruption.

Look up every group you can find..join..spread the message..I have been putting the message on sites where parents ban to fight Child Protective Services..trust me if you knew the hell those people go through you'd understand why.
Freedom is another way to God...A corrupt government is a straight way to hell.

Already tried

I already wrote Glenn Beck several times from Dec through February. I now realize with the others, it is not worth the effort. Although GB sides with RP on everything but Foreign Policy - I am now starting to believe that GB has other "interests" in mind.

GB is a joke

He's more of a comedian than a serious conservative political advocate.
He always seems so paranoid when it comes to terrorism.

I think the guy fried to many brain cells from his alcoholic days.

Glen Beck is a disinformation Agent

He says just enough on his shows to keep people that actually care about the direction of their country listening all the while feeding them into the terrorism fear mongering garbage that keeps them from seeing the real truth.
He is bought and paid for by the MSM.

No.

Ron Paul is too good for Glenn Beck's show.

Glenn Beck...

is just a ratings whore. Now that Tucker Carlson got dumped after saying on the air that he'd vote for Ron Paul a putz like Beck will not even mention his name. Typical Ron Paul/911 gatekeepers. How can anyone in their right mind vote for John McNasty. This Country has a chance to vote for a real American Hero RP2008!!

9/11 was an inside job .....time to get some answers..RP 2008

Writing to Beck...

...is a waste of your time. Instead, turn him off and write his network explaining why. Then write his sponsors explaining why.
I believe if you write to the show, any show, that it simply gets logged as a 'response' which is how they can tell they are reaching people. If they can piss off a lot of folks, they get more e-mail. To Beck, it is simply a ratings game. Sell the book, push the radio program, advertise the show.
I think you give him too much credit. He's shown his disdain for RP many times. The words he mouths in order to sound conservative and 'right-wing' are noting more than ratings boosters. He preaches from the RP platform, then turns around and calls Dr. Paul 'the mayor of crazytown' when he says the same words in a speech.
Beck is and empty shell. Sadly, so is Dobbs (and the remainder of the 'conservative' talk show hosts).
I watch only local news now and can barely tolerate that.

I really think

that Glenn says they have this big difference with foreign policy because he knows that is an issue that some people will allow him to say is a difference. But actually he is just an entertainer doing his bosses businesses. He cannot say he is for Ron Paul, so he "finds" something to disagree on. In his heart of hearts, assuming he has one, I think he is for Ron Paul and wishes we would win. But he can't keep his job and say that. This serves Murdock's, or whoever owns his station, purpose by getting out in front of us and saying we are sooo much alike and then steering us away from Ron Paul. He says he is a libertarian, but he wants the war. That is not right. He would not stick so hard to the war if he could move on and keep his job.

I wrote him because he asked for anyone to write who is a true conservative and tell who they voted for.

please

i watched glenn last night and he said mccain only got 77% blah blah blah but never mentioned who got the other 27 % and then he said that mccain ran unopposed and then he asked why we have noone to vote for who is concerned with america. forget glenn. hes scared to even mention pauls name- even tho he had bob barr on who DID mention paul!! LOL GB same as all the rest. oh- and i did send him an e-mail and i won't be watching anymore. actually, i only watched to see ted nugent about gun control! ~peace

This is what I sent Beck

This is what I sent Beck

Sorry Mr. Beck, but your last six months of reporting might forever live in opprobrium. Months after calling Ron Paul a terrorist you agreed to have him as a guest and the Freedom Lovers of America were thrilled. Now you like to preach about all the things that Ron talks about, but rarely speak of him. I hope you speak out against the powers above you that are keeping you from talking about this man. Money, Fame, and Poweraside do what is right for your country, you know just as well as I that it is a joke that McCain is even close to a conservative.

I hope you break free of the chains that feed you (pay your salary) and speak out. Sorry, but if you ask for these emails, and not bring up the doctor you are trying to divert a really important movement. The non-violent freedom reveloution is continuing with or without Mr. Beck. We will save you a seat, but only if you want.

And look if you still feel like you can't just tell all the "thousands" of your viewers who is the only morally responsible canidate, that our country is losing freedoms, and the war in Iraq is a failure then you will unequiviocally live in infamy when the race is over.

For having a media black out, but look if you don't want to take place fine. We already have a prominent news anchor aboard the train to liberty mountain, and he has 3 times as many viewers. :)

Keith Oblerman has the #1 rated show on MSNBC,
Clearing 1 million viewers.
While sadly the 3 lowest rated shows in all of cable news are Republicans. Joe Scarborough is dead last with 269,000 total viewers, Tucker Carlson is next to last with 332,000 total viewers, and Glenn Beck is right above Tucker with 387,000 total viewers.

Ouch sorry maybe if you were a patriot, but there is still time.

Gosh if this was an election you would be written off as a 3rd tier canidate. :) What are you still polling less than 10%, lets just margionlayze you.

RANT OUT

Ouch sorry maybe if you were a patriot, but there still time.

#1 New York Times Bestseller

Why not give Beck a specific reason to have him on -- namely that he has done the essentially impossible: achieved #1 NYT bestseller status?

I don't think Beck is necessarily pro-war

but he is, most definitely, big on a strong military and fighting terrorism. He is concerned about Iran, primarily, and would agree that Iraq has been a debacle. I'm with him on those points, but once I paid attention to what Dr. Paul was saying, I realized RP is for a strong military and (as our Constitution provides) a strong national "DEFENSE", not a run-amok national "offense". I believe Beck could come closer to being on board if he discussed these things with RP and understood that he IS pro-military and pro-defense. I am now more comfortable with RP's position, and believe he is right. Initially, I wasn't so sure.
Hopefully, we can appeal to Glenn to have RP back on his t.v. show to debate foreign policy, when war might be necessary, our military, and defending our nation. Even if Glenn never comes to agree with RP, I know the discussion would be a fair one and Dr. Paul would have the opportunity to go in-depth on these topics.

Preaching to the converted here

We need to be pounding people who have dissed or ignored Dr. Paul. I would like to see a 'Rush-Bomb' with 10,000 Paul supporters hammering him or Hannity or Laura Ingraham. Okay, maybe not Hannity. Or O'Reilly.

There have been favorable sounds coming from some msm conservatives like Cal Thomas and Jonah Goldberg and Beck. I think things are moving in our direction just too slowly.

As far as Hannity goes...

I don't think we would have a snowball's chance... err... any success with converting him to Ron Paul.

Not a bad idea

... But I think Beck likes Dr. Paul much better than he likes us. I read the transcript of that chat you were talking about and it sounded like Beck is not ready to move on foreign policy yet, but is more than willing to listen to Dr. Paul's economic ideas. My feeling is to let Beck and Dr. Paul work it out on their own. I don't think Beck is the type to respond to arm-twisting, maybe he'll set aside some time to really think about it and figure out that it's clearly the right thing to do (non-intervention). It seems like he gets bits and pieces of the message but hasn't put it all together yet.

"I killed the banks"

I agree

He was shooting his mouth off like Hannity at the beginning- and dont think for a minute he hasnt taken heat for being good to Ron Paul lately. He was stepping up when it was chic to ridicule Dr Paul and has lost some face over it. I say the guy deserves some nods. Lets encourage him with thanks in emails etc- he's (dare I say it) become an ally- and is earning my respect for one.
