One of the More Rewarding Things You Can Do ......

Greetings from Boston!
Tensions have been high since the New Hampshire primary here in New England, but we haven't given up hope. I'd like to give everyone nationwide a quick glimpse into a recent successful project that a number of dedicated Ron Paul supporters in Massachusetts have undertaken.
Briefly explaining what we've been up to is a woman at the forefront of this particular endeavor, Brooke Moore:
"Like many of you, I have been out for months going door-to-door talking about Ron Paul and his message of freedom and liberty. I have participated in sign waving, canvassing, cold calls, you name it. But I can honestly tell you that I have never talked to more people eager to learn about Dr. Paul's views than I did today! Through a number of generous donations, we were able to set up some automated calling here in Massachusetts for the 3rd and some of the 5th districts. We started at 3pm today and ended around 8pm. I bet we talked to over 70 people interested in learning about Ron Paul! The phones were constantly ringing! Countless people thought he was out of the race already and they were going to vote for Romney before we called!! Can you believe it? We just took votes away from Romney! It was the greatest day. I can't wait to go back tomorrow and help out some more. Please help us here in Massachusetts. We have a real chance to give Romney the finger in his home state!"
What encouraging news! Here in Massachusetts, we've been working entirely without aid from the campaign since MA wasn't a priority state. Understandably so with Romney's presence, but we mustn't forget that MA is not a winner take all state. A few delegates, and we could have a real impact. Please, consider donating to the Liberty League Political Action Committee so that we can continue funding this very effective project.

On a similar note, we also recommend that other Paul supporting groups give this automated calling system a try. Also, money we receive that isn't dedicate to this project will go to Jim Forsythe's Exploratory Committee for a possible Congressional run. For those of you who aren't familar with Jim and how perfect of a candidate he would be, I urge you to take a look at his website. He spoke at the Tea Party Freedom Rally here in Boston last month and was absolutely fantastic. With his military record and understanding of foreign policy, he's the perfect person to carry on Ron Paul's message of limited government and liberty for all.

I spent this past weekend at this call center and can tell you all first hand what a success it is. It was amazing how many people like Ron Paul's message but thought he was no longer in the race. The way the system works is, there is a recorded message that goes out that gives some info on Ron Paul and then the person is given an oppurtunity to press the star key for more info. That is when we get on the phone. I was able to convince many people that voting for Ron Paul would not be a wasted vote and the importance of being able to vote WITHOUT holding your nose. I and the people I worked with this past weekend all think this is probably the most significant thing any of us have done in this campaign and the majority of us have been involved from the beginning. If you have maxed out or have some extra cash I promise this is well worth the cost. There is nothing like opening the eyes of someone that has been in the darkness for a long time. Please give to this successful project.

Thanks for the firsthand account, Frank! You're one of the people who has been around for a looong time in this. It's good to hear that you feel this is one of the bigger successes!

I blame the media!!
"Countless people thought he was out of the race already..."
What a tragedy! I put the blame squarely on the media who said 'there are four candidates left' as if he did not exist... it must be sickening to have to explain to everyone you meet that not only is he IN, but he's fourth, ahead of Rudy, and will have plenty of money (if this latest push for the gold works) to compete.

We are just about out of time here in Central Illinois! The online community has help Ron Paul's message spread here. However one final step is needed, the final push, if you will. We need to raise $2500.00 in just two days. That is 100 Ron Paulions donating $25.00.
The money will go to small town publications and win the small town voters hearts and minds. Ron Paul's message must reach them as well. We have to WAKE UP and invite them to the R3volution that is taking place. Please help the Illinois Patriots Political Action Committee with the final stage of our battle of MEDIA CENSORSHIP here in Central Illinois!
The knowledge from this mission will provide a "how to" on how to win your local area. We will provide to all the meetup groups our plan of attack and lay out what websites we purchased air time from and how we spent each dollar given to Dr. Paul’s message. We have been very busy and need one final last stand before Super Tuesday!

Ron Paul is OUR "Boston Teal Party"
Canvasing Rowley, MA (Hope w/o Hope)
We're spending time everyday trying to canvas Rowley. The precinct is pretty large 4,000 people which is tough for someone with limited time as is. I'm hoping that the work on the ground (canvasing) pairs up with the work on the phones. I've got almost 200 DVDs out now, I'm hoping a few people actually watch them if they do I think we'll change some minds. Thanks for your work on the phones! Sounds like a great system
