Dad spends all his time at the bank with the money.
Mom spends all her time off with her friends fighting for "rights".
The kids are at home with a nanny problem.
We don't need a nasty new nanny.
What we need is a nanny that will somehow convince/trick/teach Mom and Dad that they need to spend more time addressing the needs of the children themselves.
A jolly holiday and a spoon full of sugar wouldn't kill us either.

trying to lighten up a very serious situation. If I would compare Dr. Paul to a story I guess it would be David and Gulieth (sp). I'm not religious but I do remember the story and the feeling of being very helpless. It's also a nice story because it had a happy ending. This whole situation is just so odd it is like we are living in parallel worlds and can cross over at will. We have Bizzarro world and Reality. Like on the show LOST when you are going between two worlds you have to have a constant, something that will anchor you so you don't go crazy or die. Find our constant in the Bizzarro world and Reality. Mine has been my dogs they don't know or care they just want to play and sit on my lap. Peace

Even Fox news reported that Ron Paul was the only one that made sense during the FED hearing yesterday. I was simply amazed that someone in the Main Stream was giving Dr. Paul his props.

Ron Paul should only be compared to Ron Paul at least in our modern day. You could make some comparisons if you go back more than 100 years but then that would bring up too many revelations about how far we've strayed and sheeple usually don't like to hear that.

Ever read the book the movie is based upon. Mary Poppins is an evil witch that causes the family to all come together to oust her.
So I'd think Bush is more the book version of Mary Poppins causing the people to rise up together.

You ask "Is Ron Paul Marry Poppins?" and draw some similarities. Cute. But no, I think that ghouliani is the candidate that plays dress up, based on the pictures we've all seen.
Dr. Paul is more like the friendly, caring, Christian doctor in town who also happens to understand the law who happens to be a great Patriot and senior Statesman too.
Ron Paul....
...is the "tuppence a bag lady" who feeds the birds.
The city has grown up so large around everything, that no one can breathe and the birds can't find their own food. It takes a selfless, devoted person to take time out of his/her day to look at the small things to fix the big ones. That results in everyone actually taking care of themselves immediately and being happy, instead of having to wait for someone else to make them happy.
New Orleans is still waiting. 9/11 Heroes are still waiting. Returning injured troops are still waiting.
