Giuliani: Ron Paul Won All the Debates

In this brief clip, Rudy Giuliani - who won't be in this race much longer - says that Ron Paul won all of the debates.

Some people might think that's a joke, but for once, Rudy is right! Remember the debate in South Carolina? It appeared at the time that Rudy won that battle -- at least with the neo-con stacked audience. Ron Paul later called this "a lonely moment" for him on stage. But in the long haul, Ron Paul proved to be the real winner. Rudy will be out of the race by the end of this week. With our enthusiasm & support, Ron Paul is going the distance.

The fact that Rudy is out means that in spite of how hard the media tried to make the G-man a front runner, it failed! And for as hard as the media is trying to ignore us, and our guy, we are not going away! Some people might be disappointed by tonight's showing in Florida. Don't despair. This is but yet another victory. Giuliani bites the dust! Ron Paul is still standing which means we can all continue moving forward towards our goal.

For now, let's go back in time to the debate in South Carolina and remember just why we love Ron Paul so much.

This is what we are fighting for. No one ever said it would be easy.

Ive said it so many times, but let me say it once again. Thank you Ron Paul!

could someone pm the youtube

could someone pm the youtube links bcuz my iPhone wont show the video links.

Wish rudy would show his support or at least have that clip ran on the MSN. With mccain leading, ron can get more support.

Show His Support? I Don't Think He Was Doing That

Vote RON PAUL 2008
__________
What I think he was doing was keeping himself from looking even a bigger jerk thanking all his Republican stooges -- He named each one. And as an after thought he remembered RON PAUL and then went on to say that stuff about the debates. But we already knew that to be true. He didn't uncover any unknown facts in that regard. Just said the truth which probably left a bad taste in his mouth. I believe if he could do it over again he would just as soon said nothing. I don't see this as support as much as I do seeing it as him doing a CYA. Didn't want to look stupid in front of the camera -- but ....

Actually Ron Paul DID WIN the 2 fox debates - watch this

Re-dials were not counted. Yes!!! He really won with 38% of the vote

The Real TRUTH Is Always That -- No Matter Who Says It

Good piece on Rudy in Time

http://www.time.com/time/...

So has the mighty Rudy fallen - and MSM is taking him apart ridiculing him and his strategy.

The polls are ridiculous - USA Today had Rudy leading at 27% less than two months ago.

This will happen eventually to Huckster and Romney - maybe sooner than later. I hope the feud between Romney and McCain continues over super Tuesday and Huckster stays in the race to ensure the brokered convention.

"That thing you call in

"That thing you call in on"????? wtf???? is he 95 or what? Does he mean a cell phone that you TEXT on? Holy crap what a loser.

Thank you for the excerpt

Thank you for the excerpt from the South Carolina debate. That debate was the first time I ever saw or heard of Congressman Ron Paul. That debate was the reason I went on and became an unwavering Ron Paul supporter. It inspired me to do all I can to help him win the election. Watching that debate was a life changing moment for me.

There's a little bit of truth behind every joke

I clearly took Giuliani's comments about Ron Paul winning the debates as nothing but sarcasm. He starting talking about the texting in on the phones and laughing. Well, the joke is on Rudy as he is now gone while plenty of people remain steadfast to contribute to Ron Paul's campaign and continue to get the message out there. Bye, Rudy!

I think he was being facitious

but it doesn't matter, we'll take a little recognition any way we can. Is Rudy going to be onstage tonight?

He has a reason...

bah... he just is trying to be nice to all the other candidates so they may choose him as vice president. he doesnt mean any of those things...

Huckabee

What was with huckleberry giving Ron's speech? Talking about his supporters making their own signs and his supporters Paying for signs to put out! WTF?

We do that 100 times more then his campaign!

huckleberry is turning into a Ron Paul lookalike to grab his vote form unsuspecting Christian voters... They are both Christians but only one of them is a politician(huck) andI mean that word in its derogatory way!

Wonder how many people will look into

Ron Paul from what Giuliani said, wondering why he won the debates? I love it, the enemy is helping our campaign. Happens a lot in this campaign.

Rudy, as we say DOWN SOUTH...<G>

Don't let the door knob hit 'ya where the good Lord split 'ya :-)

LOL I never heard that..you Texans have a saying for everythin'!

*** God bless Ron Paul ***
* Ron Paul For President *

hehehe

that's a good one.

Forever Etched

"I would ask the congressman to withdraw that comment and tell us he really didn't mean that"

If there was ever a Dan Quayle- you're no John Kennedy debate moment, that was it. The crowd was cheering, the other debaters scoffing and one lone man on the stage was put on the spot. What did he do? Did he attack the accuser, did he panic and fumble, NO !!! Ron Paul carefully adjusted the microphone and proceeded to give everyone a history lesson about the CIA, blowback and unintended consequences.

I will remember that night forever, because at that moment Ron Paul's character, composure and common sense approach brought me to the R3VOLUTION !!!

It is clear Rudy Giuliani thought that he was giving Ron Paul a knockout punch with his challenge. I guess he never expected the unintended consequences that resulted.

I agree that was a great moment

That moment also demonstrated Dr. Pauls best form of stage aura, when he is the kind, educated doctor patiently educating his patient, the american people.

Thanks Rudy

Even if he meant it as a little witty line, he knows it's true, Ron Paul won the debates. Giulliani didn't mention that Ron Paul has also beaten him in the run for the presidency, Rudy's OUT, Ron Paul's still IN! All of these candidates know that were out here working our butts off and will not give up. Rudy will always have the memory of the Paulies being at his events and out shining his own supporters!

That's right, Rudy, "even Ron Paul". I hope Giulliani now takes the time to read RP's book recommendations to him.

The only way we can lose is to forget that we are winning.

Awesome! Paul hangs on while Giuliani is gone

Well, bye!

Props

Good exit, good exit...

Like the line from the movie tombstone

Well,

BYE!

YES! "You smell that? Smells like someone died."

That's, exactly what I though when I read that. Great movie. Bravo!

So Fitting!

One of my favorite lines from one of my favorite movies...!!!!

FREEDOM!! NOW!!!! RON !!! PAUL!!!!!

I'm your huckleberry.

Fox News is in for a very rough 2008
by Eric Boehlert

My guess is that Fox News guru Roger Ailes has been reaching for the Tums more often than usual early in the New Year, and there are lots of reasons for the hovering angst.

Let's take an extended multiple choice quiz. Right now, which of the following topics is likely causing the discomfort inside Ailes' Fox News empire?

A) CNN's resurgence as the go-to cable destination for election coverage.
B) The incredible shrinking candidacy of Fox News' favored son, Rudy Giuliani.
C) The still-standing candidacy of Fox News nemesis and well-funded, anti-war GOP candidate Rep. Ron Paul...

...And don't even mention Ron Paul's name to the folks at Fox News, who have stepped outside their role as journalists to try to kneecap the anti-war GOP candidate. The most blatant slap came right before the New Hampshire primary, when Fox News refused to include Paul in a televised GOP debate, despite the fact that just days earlier Paul grabbed 10 percent of the vote in the Iowa caucus, nearly doubling the tally Giuliani posted.

Paul's Republican supporters became so incensed by the snub that they literally chased Sean Hannity through the New Hampshire night chanting "Fox News sucks!" and captured the scene in a homemade clip that really has to be seen to be believed. (To recap New Hampshire for Fox News: Hannity was pursued by a Republican mob, O'Reilly got into a shoving match with an Obama aide, and CNN grabbed more viewers. Now that's a week to remember!)...

With Rudy on his way out

Double-post

"I killed the banks"

With Rudy on his way out

I would say we need to turn our attention to McCain. I'm not saying we should attack him in any way, but Rudy's weaknesses were clearly exploited to the American public by the FDNY and Ron Paul supporters -- especially after he attacked Dr. Paul. McCain is weak on illegal immigration, the economy and Dr. Paul gets more support from the military than anyone. I think it's time to turn our focus to exposing McCain. No longer can he be allowed to win votes based on his experiences during the Vietnam war. America needs real solutions. No offense to Sen. McCain, but we need real change ... we need an intellectual.

"I killed the banks"

damn

what an asshole.

you have to give him some credit

For accepting defeat with grace.

At least he mentioned RP, and did not play into the blackout ignoring our candidate.

No, No Credit. Sorry

His comments were nothing more than a saving grace last ditch effort to show his own twisted sense of humor. He only did this because of catching his blatant disregard in almost forgetting to mention him at all.

No, no credit.

Ron Paul / Mike Huckabee '08

I've got the golden ticket. THIS WORKS

We have the money and the message. Mike Huckabee has the Christians and the swing states.

This would be a great idea. To be fair if it were Huckabee / Paul (The MSM would play it as Huck has gone to the DARK side.) If Huckabee gets behind Dr. Paul, People are going to wake up. Mike Huckabee is already seeing and using every bit of Dr. Paul's message and he still has a ton of support.

I truely believe Romney will be the Nom if nothing is done. (Not McCain) However with a "Christian" VP OH MAN!!!

People are uneasy about the Mormon thing. (Disclaimer: I have two LDS friends.)

Plus I don't know how old Gov. Huckabee is but it opens the White house door for him.

PAUL / HUCKABEE '08

I laughed at first too....BUT...

We have Romney who is very bitter with Huck.
We have McCain who is going to pick the establishment VP (Giuliani)
and then we have Paul.

Paul/Huck ticket would combine fiscal with social conservatives.
I am starting to believe that Huck is actually Paul's secret weapon.

I don't care for Huck wearing his religion on his sleeve, in fact, I find it disgusting. But it DOES round off and combine with Ron Paul's faith.
Yes, Ron Paul is very religious, but he DOESN'T wear it on his sleeve.
That's why I think it is quite possible for this combination to work.

Consider Ron Paul the 'straight man' and Huckabee the 'comedian' of a two man team.

What's your next guess?

Dr. Paul has made it very clear that he's not going to choose a VP who doesn't believe in the constitution. Huckabee doesn't qualify, period.

And I thought...

And I thought I could not hate Rudy anymore than I once did. And now this.

ASS

Its about time CNN edits in

Its about time CNN edits in favor of Ron. The first time Guiliani said it they all laughed, the second showing the laughs was edited out.

Goodbye Rudy, the more spotlight you

recieved, the more people didn't like you.

I'd rather pick off Romney supporters myself. The fact that Dick Cheney's daughter just signed on to his campaign & Cofer Black is another advisor, doesn't ring true in my heart.

Cofer was the head of CIA's Counterterroist Center on Sept 11th, he then went to the state department for counterterrorism & now works for Blackwater as their no#3 man.

Rudy was a joke!

His comment on Dr. Paul is of a looser born in 9/11 ( an opportunist who took advantage of the tragedy) and who was carried out on the entire campaign by the MSM based on nothing.
His shameless remarks( about the debates) is the last attempt to hurt dr.Paul, the winner!
All the idiots who was laughing on his remarks are his uneducated followers. Thank you Rudy for helping Dr. Paul to look good!
