They are bought and paid for, employed by the Neo-Cons who are bought and paid for, employed by the NWO who are in essence the Illuminati who are controlled by the Council of 13 (the 13 wealthiest and most powerful families throughout the world) who are ultimately controlled by one family--- The Rothschild's. This family runs the entire global show. I read a book a few years ago called "The Secret World of Money" by Andrew Gauss. The book stated that in the year 1825 the Rothschild Dynasty was worth an estimated $5 Billion Dollars. If they had taken that $5 Bil. and deposited it in one of their banks earning 9% compounded interest per annum, that $5 billion dollars would be worth an estimated $400 TRILLION (NOT BILLION BUT TRILLION) DOLLARS today. And that wouldn't take into account all of the additional investments the family would have (has) made over the last 182 years!! That $400 Trillion is probably 5-10 times that amount. That being said, whom do you think owns a portion if not significant portion of the worlds wealth today? The Rothschild's have been for the last 250 plus years and continue today to be the primary driving force behind the NWO's global agenda. Their globalization goals are unfortunately coming to fruition. A new world military, currency and order. This is who employs the Neo-Cons, the PTB, the very ones blacklisting Dr. Paul from media coverage. Obviously, they own the MSM. The big question is how do we, Dr. Paul's ardent supporters, overcome this major obstacle? And don't forget, to achieve their agenda, they also fix elections via election fraud. Just one more complication thrown into the equation. FREEDOM is the opposite of SLAVERY. If you are 99% free, you are part slave, which is like being "a little bit pregnant". FREEDOM vs. SLAVERY is a zero-sum game.

They're doing a very poor job of it. I see coverage pretty regularly. I heard Tucker Carlson give an all out endorsement on the Bubba the Love Sponge Show on Sirius Satellite Radio. If this conspiracy were true, he'd have been fired for it.
I don't buy into any of this. Its just too complicated. A group of people trying to subvert us all? Wouldn't they eventually challenge and turn on each other? Such is the nature of envy and greed. Plus you have diminishing returns to deal with. With both wealth and power, you reach a point where achieving more doesn't really matter. Especially over a span of generations.
What happened with Ron Paul and the media is this: he wasn't polling very well. The media didn't cover him as much because the people didn't know him very well. But then he reached some newsworthy milestones. He got more coverage and its been growing. The media sells sensationalism. They need a good story that causes people to tune in. Its plain and simple.

In reference to a newspaper journalist friend of Lew Rockwell personally telling him about the pressure put on him along with other journalists to absolutely ignore Ron Paul unless it's something quirkey. I know some have a problem with Rockwell as being the culprit behind the so-called "racist letters." If this were absolutely the case would Dr. Paul have kept him on his campaign staff? I don't doubt that there are certain people in positions of power who feel threatened by Ron Paul's message. I just don't think they're working together. I think they're working separately to the same ends.
I've already watched "Freedom to Fascism." I liked it so much, I posted all of the youtube clips to my Myspace blog. It was very time consuming. But I took much of it as I take Micheal Moore's films; with a grain of salt. I'm suspect of any "documentary" that is particularly effective at stirring the passions.

The conspiracy theorists have it right to a certain degree. There is a large group of wealthy, ruling elite who are subverting our freedoms and eroding our national sovereignty... but they don't see it exactly that way. They don't get together in a dark, smokey room in secret to discuss their plans to achieve world domination and oppress the people of the world. It's actually much more wide open than that, and they think that they are doing what's best for our nation and the rest of the international community.
Think about it this way... if you're rich and powerful, you want corporations to succeed, especially the one's that you own. The movement toward "globalization" benefits large corporate interests... including major central banks, oil companies, communications companies and the media, etc., etc. The CFR may have started out as a "secretive" organization, but today they are out in the open in what they are trying to achieve. Google "Council on Foreign Relations" and go to their website. They aren't trying to hide the fact that they are working toward a "North American Community", just like they didn't hide the fact that they wanted to form the European Union.
Face it.... we elect rich, corporate-types into positions of power. Dem or Republican, they all want the same thing. More money and more power. They don't mean to be oppressive, elitist f's. They just can't help it. It's human nature to be greedy. It takes a man with strong, principled integrity to not fall into the power/money trip that is Washington DC. A man like Ron Paul. A man who is truly for the people. Average people.
The rest are just panderers... trying to give everyone what they want, to please their constituents, so they can get re-elected. While giving everyone what they want, they increase the size of government, increasing the amount of money involved in government... which, in turn, increases the size of their bank accounts and their level of their power.

Do you understand the concept of 'Grass Roots'? It implies that we are a movement which allows the 'grass' to grow. We know this princess...and we also know that currently, the country in which we command has the most powerful military the planet has ever known. We can bring the perceived 'slave owners' to justice. It is just a matter of time. This is a war of attrition, and we will not lose.

The media is driven by the market. That's it. If the public likes it, they get viewers and make money. If the public doesn't like it, they start losing viewers and lose money. The market drives what the news outlets cover. It's as simple as that. There is no media-controlling conspiracy. Stop these silly conspiracy theories. They serve no useful purpose. They probably even hurt fundraising if you convince people that world is rigged against them.
Again, conspiracy theories like this are why people think Paul supporters are kooks. Apparently some of them really are.

Ron Paul's name wasn't missing from CNN's pie chart while every other candidates was showing......you just had to use a little imagination that's all. The media is driven by the market.......you are so very right about that. If there was enough Ron Paul support they would be talking about him non stop to drive up their ratings. Clearly Ron Paul doesn't have this sort of support. The fact that his signs are all accross this country means nothing. The fact that he raised 18.5 million dollars this last quarter means nothing. The fact that he wins every single online poll and text poll after every single debate means nothing. The fact that more people call CSPAN about Ron Paul than anyone else means nothing. They just are not talking about him on the media because the polls show there is no support. And those polls are accurate.....almost 100 percent accurate too. Forget the few people who say that Ron Paul's name wasn't even mentioned in the polls........they obviously have bad hearing. There is no media conspiracy here. They've given Ron Paul a fair shake. Mike Huckabee wasn't a media created candidate either. The entire state of IOWA was watching that debate down in FL after the value/voters and they decided right then and there that he was there candidate.........don't believe me? The polls say so. He shot up 20 points in a day and a half. I mean forget the fact that on every cable station and every right wing talk radio that they were ALL talking about Huckabee in lockstep to get his poll numbers up....that just isn't true!!! The whole point of starting a news station is to make money. You do that by getting viewers. Someone can try to slant the news all they want, but if the market doesn't like the slant, they'll change the station or website. The station will lose viewers and money unless they make changes. Believe it or not, a lot of people like biased news. A conspiracy between all news outlets to silence Paul is not a reasonable possibility to theorize. I don't see any lack of coverage for Obama, and Obama is as anti-war as Paul is. All this conspiracy stuff is crazy talk. Who gets coverage is who the masses are interested in seeing. Any news outlet that ignores what the masses want to see loses viewers. Paul doesn't have mass appeal. He has a small base of fervent appeal. Yes, it's a catch 22 in a way because if people don't know about him, they're not going to have the opportunity to see if they want more of him. But that's how the market works. It's not a conspiracy.

The worst part about the MSM censoring Paul is not that he doesn't get media coverage, but they play him off as crazy and unelectable... people are generally stupid and will not do their own research or try to think about issues/or look at things from a different perspective. From that standpoint, it will be very hard to get Paul's message out, especially when the media have manipulated it into some sort of crazy bullshit. It doesn't help that so many people have been fooled by this idea of terrorists wanting to kill freedom, etc...
Most people have no knowledge about the real Dr. Paul and wouldn't be able to explain his stance on a single issue. I've challenged multiple people to explain why they dislike Paul and explain his beliefs and never has a single person been able to do so. They are all being fooled under a false image.
If we can defeat this media/corporate effort it would be amazing... but realistically, nobody has ever been able to beat them. I love Ron Paul and want him to win and will do everything I can to help... but the likelihood is, the media will defeat us. But they'll get whats coming to them when the economy and dollar collapse. Then we can be there to say 'I told you so.' And all those people who think Obama is so great... well, they'll be thinking differently when he, McCain, Hillary, or any of the other candidates take us to War with Iran, or sign us over to an NAU...
I hate to be pessimistic, but if we lose, I hope it does happen so they all get what they deserve.
