If we reach 5 today then that will give him 13 million for the month of January. So he had 7.8 left over 7.8 + 5 = 12.8 million I dont think the revolution is over Dr. Paul has more money on hand than anyone except Romney. Some people are just Drama Queens.

He clearly states (and the graphic shows) he asked for a $5 MILLION BOOST by February 5. What part of that are so many of you people NOT understanding??? Stop spreading false/misleading information. You make yourselves look really simple and incompetent.

...I just wanted to correct one part.
The campaign asked for $5 million MORE by Feb. 5th, not total. That's why the meter has $8.4 million as the goal. There was $3.4 million when they added that meter.
How to increase donations
Here is how you do it.
1. DONATE all YOU can RIGHT NOW. Do not wait. Do not break it up throughout the day. We need to build momentum early.
2. Call your friends and relatives, everyone you know.
3. Tell them you need help. Then ask "will you help me?"
4. They will say "YES". - Now, make them promise to help you because it’s very important that they help. Say "thank you".
5. Now that they have promised to help you, say "Ok, I need you to go to www.RonPaul2008.com and donate $20 right now".
DO NOT talk about the campaign. Tell them that its VERY important that they do this for you, and remind them that they PROMISED to help you. Use a short back-story if you have to. Something like "I committed to finding 10 new donors today and I really need you help. Aunt Betty, please, you said you would help me!" - They are your family, you're allowed to pressure them until they give in...
6. Take their information over the phone and log it in yourself on your computer if they do not have one.
7. Tell them "thank you" and that you have to go because you have to find more donations.
This WILL WORK. I know because I was involved in a MLM business and this is one of the first techniques I learned. (I know, a MLM, but hey I did what I had to do while unemployed and it paid the bills) This is the MOST effective strategy for a new person to become comfortable with asking other people to donate money. Once you get 10, you'll be ready to approach strangers and get them to do the same.
Who else will commit to getting 10 NEW DONORS today?
