Great Interview...

Now THAT was an interview. No attacks, she let him speak and he did very well. People can say what they want but I love PBS/NPR.

Colbert Report just now

Basically gave him a big plug on the debate and Iran issue.

He called him Ron "no balls" Paul....LOL, gotta love it.

I wish Colbert would come out and endorse Ron Paul

The NewsHour Schedule

Dr. Paul is listed as the guest for Friday, Oct 12 at 7pm on the KET website which is the Kentucky PBS station.

News Hour Schedule

In South Florida the starting time is 6:00 p.m. on the Public Broadcasting Channel.

On Ron Paul's website in now

On Ron Paul's website in now lists this interview as taking place tomorrow (October 12th, 2007) at 7:00EST.

This may be a mistake or perhaps it was bumped, just wanted to let everyone know.

Extremism in the defense of Liberty is no vice.

Does anybody

Know for sure when Dr. Paul will be on this show? Is it really on PBS?

OFF TOPIC BUT BRILLIANT!

IMHO anyway. Everyone who wathces the Colbert Report knows how he feels about his wriststrong bracelet concept.

We can get some great coverage and maybe even an endorsement for Dr. Paul by getting one of the bracelets on Dr. Paul on the next televised debate or event!!! Even if he doesn't notice at first, we can send in coverage to the colbert report and he will get more press this way with just a small effort. Also this will show Dr. Paul's good humor!

How about it?

Good Idea

BRILLIANT idea!

Colbert is 100% democrat liberal like Randy Rhodes and Kieth Olberman. So I would be shocked if they did endorse Ron Paul. Steven would try to say Ron Paul is endorsing Steven Colbert..".Maybe Ron Paul gets it" would be his joke.

Also, I was wondering if Ron Paul in the debate hold up high a scroll, then let it roll down, and say, these are the names of 132 countries that we have our American Military inside. As your President, the only country that we will be in is ONE. The USA. We will not be closing any military bases here in this country.

Ok, that is too theatrical for Ron Paul's taste, but I confess I like the image. It would make good YouTube and National & local Television News.

Colbert actually...

Colbert actually donated to Paul's campaign and he's stated (in other interviews- not just on his show) that he's more libertarian than liberal. Jon Stewart likes Paul too.

Um.....

How did you get that info?

I've long thought that Colbert is a libertarian in hiding and closet RP supporter, but I've never even heard of that. I'm a huge RP and Colbert supporter. As a matter of fact, my Unity '08 ticker is Paul/Colbert.

Uh oh!

Please, no Unity '08, unless you want world government. :-)

Bravo, Bilarbin!

Great Idea! Free Press with so little efford.
I will pass this to RP headquarter.

Headquarters

Maybe you could pass along to headquarters that Dr. Paul might hand out copies of the Constitution to the other candidates during the next debate.

I got no special

I got no special connections.
I just send them an e-mail whenever I see something they should not miss.
I sent them twice my idea of pulling out a pocket book Constitution in debate and show everybody what he preaches. Didn't happened yet in debate, but he did it in Townhall.com speach.
I know they overhelmed with e-mails, but it is always worth to try to give them free advise or info. I encourage everybody to do same from time to time.

I agree, more free press!
