WHAT IF GOVT PULLS INTERNET HERE IN STATES

lets pretend the govt does pull internet here without warning,have you ever thought along those lines.....how would we all organize and communicate if there was a "terrorist event"??? do we have many ham radio operators out there....could we organize quickly??? any thoughts on a what if scenario

The other thing you are talking about uses Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) to take out electronic devices. I'm not an expert on the topic, but I suppose that could be an effective attack if used in multiple locations.
