The FBI is gearing up to create a massive computer database of people's physical characteristics, all part of an effort the bureau says to better identify criminals and terrorists.

Havent read the article but..
They already have this computer at the NSA. So the tech. is already there. They will get their info from the new National ID, Credit card transactions, airports, cell phone triangularzation, defacto gun registry(created by the National ID, tax reports from employers, library's, book stores ( dont opt for the Barns and Noble card to save money), ect.Could even come down to buying habits from grocery stores that use discount cards,
