Confirmation - 4th undersea cable cut - Iran most affected

I posted yesterday and some said it was three. I couldn't get absolute confirmation that it was 4, but here it is.
Accidental is unlikely, Iran disruption is the effect, although no proof of intent.
Just trying to be balanced.

they say they had cctv on that area 24hours before and after the cuts and there were no ships present because it is forbidden to drive shipping on these waters. Thet have started repairs by now.

I think the reason this is happening is to get Iran to lash out at the US military over there. I hope it does not work.
