Let me know what you think of this. I've been thinking about it, and having learned a lot about politics, delegates, conventions, etc., this year I think it may be a viable scenario. To optimistic? Perhaps. Certainly not impossible though.

Huck is more likely....
Its much more likely that Paul supporters will fall in line behind Huckabee---should Huckabee offer Paul the VP slot on the ticket.

Are you KIDDING me? Ron Paul would NEVER accept a VP position from Huckabee and we wouldn't fall in line behind Huckabee... what kind of Koolaid have you been drinking?!!!

and I know we're supposed to be nice to Huckster supporters... but I'd rather rip my own arm off and beat myself to death with it than vote for ANYTHING that had huckster's name on it... it would be a sellout.
And I'm positive that RP wouldn't accept that.. it would demean his principles.

Ron Paul could also embarrass McCain again, like he did when he showed how little he knows about how our economy is "managed."
The stock market is totally off, and the headlines are getting worse, and only Ron Paul understands it well enough to talk about it.
Much of the support for Romney is anti-McCain voters, and shallow. This point forward, you have to figure Huckabee support is really anti-Romney, anti-McCain support, because they know he's a long-shot; they'll change their minds if they have to.
Sooner or later the old media will have to address Ron Paul. He'll start winning states, or spoil someone else's win, or factor into the race, or refuse to drop out.
