Russ Feingold, as most of you probably know, is a Wisconsin senator who voted against the Patriot Act. He is the only senator who did so. I have met him a couple times and he is genuinely concerned with the erosion our civil liberties.

I disagree with him on several issues, but he is a good man, as he makes a point to visit each and every county in Wisconsin and discuss issues with concerned citizens. He does not give canned answers, he is very upfront about things.
