Ross Perot spent 60 million dollars in 1988 as a third party. He received 8% of the vote.
I'll ask this question again, can Ron Paul come up with 60 million?

I don't think he has a prayer of getting $60 million..he raised a bundle when everyone still thought he had an outside chance..I don't see a 3rd party winning, but we have no chance with the republicans
One election doesn't change anything
It's better for us to use the GOP machinery that already exists. A third party won't have the infrastructure. We need to exploit the GOP's existing people and processes.
In the next election cycle:
- 10 RP Republicans in Congress
- 4 RP Republicans in the Senate
