Here are some FACTS about delegates
I got this info from our HI State Coordinator before the super Tuesday:
Here are figures you won't get watching the prognostications on the Super Tuesday coverage.
These facts are here to provide stability in the face of a lot of hype and nonsense you'll see and hear. It should also keep a few of you (just a few) from throwing your TV's out the window or driving you cars into a poll (or pole).
FACT: There are COMMITTED & UNCOMMITTED delegates at stake.
FACT: COMMITTED delegates are bound to a particular candidate.
FACT: UNCOMMITTED delegates are free to decide on a candidate all the way up to convention.
Very Important FACT: When candidates drop out, they have the option of releasing their delegates (this usually happens). If they endorse another candidate, their COMMITTED delegates are released to vote for whichever candidate they want to.
TOTAL REPUBLICAN PARTY DELEGATES = 2,380
TOTAL REPUBLICAN PARTY DELEGATES NEEDED TO WIN = 1,191
TOTAL REPUBLICAN PARTY DELEGATES AT STAKE TOMORROW = 975 (41% OF TOTAL DELEGATES)
TOTAL OF THESE AT STAKE THAT ARE COMMITTED = 429 (18% OF TOTAL DELEGATES)
You will most likely hear nonsense like candidate 'X' wins 400-700 delegates and candidate 'Y' wins 200-400 delegates, while candidates 'A' & 'B' gather a few here and there. Obviously those figures are impossible when you factor in only 429 COMMITTED delegates are objectively at stake.
Understand that no matter what happens tomorrow, with the UNCOMMITTED delegate factor, this race will still be up for grabs.
When candidate 'X' or 'Y' (along with candidate 'B') drops out what will be left is an undesirable warfare/welfare state Republican and our man, candidate 'A'- Ron Paul.

Thanks...
It might help if you site you source of info...to dispel naysayers.
Keep this post going...if it remains accurate.
Right on!
I always felt the race would be down to the Doctor and Mutt wRongney. Considering the Doc and the Mutt are the only ones with $$. We all know Huckster's "surge" is a totally astro-turfed grassroots candidate trotted out by the globalist elites to give the impression of a genuine grassroots support. Not to mention practically copying every one of the Doctor's domestic platforms. Gotta say, I always found the idiot watching RP, taking notes, at GOP debates to be utterly amusing.
Huck's a phony, suppose it's pointless asking idiots, why they cannot see the obvious. He has NO real nation-wide support. All the gullible evangelical Right who got Karl Roved, last two election cycles, are falling for it all over again; anyone who parades the Cross in vain in front of their lost eyes, they stupidly fall in line. Though I hope someday, they realize that Rove is an atheist and is simply using them for votes. What a waste.
Some just never learn. Besides, do people really have that much problem telling apart a scumbag liar when they see one? I mean, how many trips to the used car lot does one has to make before picking up nuances in a person's character? Huckster the scheister is over. He's done. He's got no money left. Wide swath of support is something he will never see nationally. Thank God. Tonight's results are baring that out. Leaving one more slot open for RP, down to three: lots of lost GOP to be had into the Doctor's true conservative message.
Hey, who knows, when even the most brainwashed people, when they hear enough of the Doctor and the real truth, perhaps they would be swayed. Considering that's how they were brainwashed in the first place, ie with repeated messages, why wouldn't the Truth, repeated, do the same?
I'm not sure who or what PAC suddenly injected $7 mil into McNut's coffers. But seems fishy. Either way, be it Mutt or McNut at the end, vs. the Doctor, once Hillary is ordained, which she was already picked to be by the establishment, Obama is simply the theater for the masses to delude a sense of hope, in a rigged game, they hate her enough to vote RP. Hey, we'll take votes, be it inspired or out of frustration.
Now the only part remaining is, will the rest of the Revolution heed Sue11's advice on the reality of the delegation process based on factual numbers and HOLD THE LINE, or will we falter into a blackhole of self pity and negativity, like rest of the MSM and neoCONs WANT us to??
Considering what I've seen from you all, so far? I highly doubt the latter. The Revolution will NEVER be thwarted. There's far too much at stake. I've seen and met so many amazing people who share RP's vision. I feel it in my gut.
Today's Primary barely decides less than 20% of delegates. and we have those super delegates. And god knows how many RP supporters surreptitiously became other candidate's delegates? Hey, you never know.
It's on baby. As the Doctor says, as long as we keep supporting him. come out to the rallies, canvass, become precinct leaders and become delegates, and continue to break records in contributions. We WILL WIN. We just have to continue to work at it.
It is clearly shaping up to be a war of attrition, last man standing. And our Doctor Ron Paul, clearly has that shot, as long as our support continue to grow. I'm amazed and excited that TNR smear had very little effect, even on those who have previously never followed his work, as our growing numbers and wildly growing numbers at various rallies show. Keep up the good work, folks.
We'll get there, together. Just DO NOT GIVE IN, DO NOT GIVE UP WITHOUT A FIGHT!!! Still 7 months to go. It's gonna be a long, sweet journey!
