HQ would do well to establish a regular broadcast via internet TV just like was done from the University of Minnesota this past Monday night. It was fantastic and didn’t cost the campaign a penny.
His supporters will do just about anything he asks. He needs to address the troops on a regular basis and give this campaign a sense of direction, purpose and mission. HQs is not using its greatest advantage.

The format is so flexible
He could sit in his own living room and reach any group or speaking engagement in the nation.
This is especially effective if you use a projector hooked to a computer. The projected image can be huge and the size of the audience goes up 10 fold at least!

Give the campaign time to figure out what happened and plot the next move. They will be issuing instructions soon. What's it been? Less than 24 hours?

After the 5th so many people are feeling beat down by the system and giving up all hope. What we all really need is to hear the good Dr's words to remind us all what we are fighting for in the first place.

That's a great idea.
It would be so simple and inexpensive.
If you saw the U of Minnesota speech, they had 3-4 people that where handling the technical end. A crew could following RP on his daily speeches and events and people could see what is going on in real time.
Plus, HQs could do events themselves. Have successfull canvasers, and the head of meetups.
RP's message does not fit well in old media formats, it takes about 15 minuetes to get the essence. Old campiagn techniques are not well suited, whereas Internet TV is the perfect format.
I just said that in another thread.
Maybe not everyday, but I would like to hear from him now.

For direction, purpose and mission, please refer to the many video's of Ron Paul on google and youtube. Knowledge is power. The more you know, the more you can teach others.

We don't need hand-holding. Especially us. Of course I LOVE the idea but realistically he has other things to do. That is why he has staff. He needs to be doing speaking engagements not babysitting (motivating) us. I think the campaign website and communication has improved greatly since this all started.
It need not be an update all the time.
Many things could be done. Such as a chit chat with the HQ staff or a forun where Dr Paul takes questions from the audience. In any case a fixed periodic communication with the grassroots will be great.

Yes! Fire-side Chats!
He should take a full day in a studio creating videos. In an 8 hour period he could create a ton of videos.
I would love to see Ron Paul put up these quick, fire-side chats on youtube, just him and the camera speaking to us about current events like this, clarifying his answers in interviews, educating us on policies, etc.
We all LOVE watching every second of Ron Paul. We long for his next interview on TV, even if it's for a few minutes. His interviews top youtube charts after upload. And we learn so much from him (the REAL Abe Lincoln, monetary policy, corporate fascism, etc). This would be very very popular.
Nothing fancy, just 5 or 10 minutes at a time is enough. Especially nice to do right after interviews when he's still fired up to comment on what just happened.
Let the campaign know! We are in uncharted territory and need to blaze new trails.

I think you're right. This is really an excellent idea!
With the media blackout on RP we never see or hear him unless we happen to be in an area he's holding a rally.

More Help From Headquarters
Both headquarters and the grassroot campaign have done a wonderful job so far. However time is passing quick and most of us have never worked a presidential campaign. Any direction from headquarters that would help us maximize our efforts to get Dr. Paul elected president would be welcomed. Perhaps more of us should simply make a call to headquarters and encourage such action. I plan on doing this tomorrow.

Am I just missing it or has there been no official statement about Super Tuesday at all? No thanks to supporters? Nada?
Due to donations, I get occasional e-mails from HQ. Yet, I get *daily* news e-mails from 100 or more activists and MSM newspapers.
Why isn't there an automated e-mail newsletter for supporter subscriptions/*communication*? RSS is not *enough* (and didn't seem to work through a Yahoo RSS subscription).
I'm even getting e-mails from general, long-term activists that there is a national RP conference call tomorrow/Thursday night with what appears to be the same HQ phone number used for prior calls.
How do I get to be on the "insider" list, if there are no official notifications?

They need you and some of us other talkative people there at headquarters. When I found out about the boisterous grassroots and the super quiet headquarters, I was very, very surprised. I thought, well, they must have their heads down and they are few in numbers and very, very busy. But hey, we are a friendly, outgoing group; any time they want to look up and engage us, we'll be here.
Let us keep this on the top.
The problem is that the HQ people do not visit this site. After 'daily dose' started , I hoped that they will pick up concerns from this forum and try to address them there. But it has not happened. But anyways, we should keep trying.
