A live RP speech was broadcast last Monday night from the University of Minnesota and was a big success.

Do you think that people other than us would watch it? We need to reach the dedicated senior citizens, a large number of whom don't trust any computer unless it's counting votes. If failing to reach them could be offset by the other voters that may watch the broadcast, then this could be a good move.
There are 210 million internet users in the US
and only 26 million viewers of MSM nightly newscast, that includes all the major networks ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, FOX & MSNBC. A major advantage!
Of course you could always tell your friends or invite them to a RP house party.

This does sound like a good idea. The internet has been Ron Paul's greatest weapon since the beginning, so hopefully there's a way to get this idea to him. It would be nice if good ideas like this one could go directly to his ears, instead of being filtered through his campaign personnel.
