Stuck at 16% - Does WA GOP not want to report numbers with Paul in the lead?

It seems that for over an hour the results on the official WA GOP website have been stuck at 16% reporting. Surely they've tabulated more results by now. How many think that shortly after this 16% Ron Paul took the lead and they are waiting (in vain hopefully) for Dr. Paul to fall out of the lead before reporting any more precincts?

They needed time to come up with a strategy on how to

move votes form RP to McCain. Does anyone here really believe the GOP is not messing up with the numbers?

Not sure, but I think they are using paper ballots there, which do take longer to process than the Magic Electronic Boxes of Voting Fantasy (TM) .

I'd much rather wait around a bit for an accurate count, than get immediate results courtesy of Diebold.

Yes, Romney's votes are in the "Other" and probably 1/2

of that category are his numbers.
Politico isn't reporting that separately since he "suspended" his candidacy (which is actually B.S. because since he is on the ballot if he would win he would still get the delegates).

There's a pattern.

Every state so far where both parties have had votes on the same day, the Republican precints always report in much much later, and yet, they have fewer votes to count.

In WA alone today, the Dems have managed to count nearly 30,000 votes.

Wake up people, you can't ignore the problem.
