Wait a second, a brokered convention is possible still

Why did Dr. Paul say "O" chance in his last letter?

i think he said "nearly

i think he said "nearly zero". he didn't say zero. the great thing is that even at near zero this man,Ron Paul, won't quit. He knows all too well that young people and old are spreading the news and he is in constant shock as to how big the crowds are getting. It is foolish to quit something that is so explosive. freedom is explosive. Ron Paul has put his hand to the plow and from such there is no turning back.

I'm in New York and the primary is over yet I keep getting more people to want RP.

go Ron go

I keep getting more people

I keep getting more people because I am getting ready for the general election too. And independents can vote then too and I want there vote.

He had to do this. People just need to think like a politician!

Because. He needs the party to know he is a Real Republican, and would never run third party again.

He wants to win. The way to win is to make everyone understand he is a Republican. A real one. Even after he thinks "there is nearly zero chance" of a brokered convention. Which I wager he thinks is almost a certainty. It's the only way to get people to switch to him after early convention voting.

;)

I think he wanted to gain

I think he wanted to gain supporters from Thompson and Romney too, and let them know he is going all the way. That he won't let them down should they decide to back him up.

Great Point

never thought of that

He said 'nearly zero'. Yes,

He said 'nearly zero'.

Yes, it scared a lot of people into a frenzy.. but he had to say it.

It made the 'powers that be' relax their attacks a bit, and now look what has happened. More delegates for Ron today! McCain didn't slam dunk three states!

Brokered convention - you bet your sweet.. ;)

WOOT! It's nice to have such a smart man up front!

he said very little chance

he said very little chance, and as I said earlier today, I don't see voters pushing McCain in the remaining states.

Even if Huckabee leaves, I see them voting for Ron Paul rather than McCain. McCain is the Hillary of the Republican Party
