At the current rate, should be about 25,000 signed up by Nov 5, so 2.5 million, give or take. Plus those who are not signed up (like me), and those who will be donating more than 100 dollars.

Also, the Adam Curry interview (link available on the Nov. 5th website) is great and towards the end the good doc talks about his opinion of the November 5th money bomb. Adam said he will be donating his whole $2300 limit on the 5th...yah!!!! That's the same as 23 people donating $100 dollars.

Coordinating Multiple Donation Drives
Who is in charge over at ThisNovember5th? I couldnt' find an email address anywhere.
It would be really great if we could coordinate the event with the Ron Paul Money Bomb (http://www.ronpaulmoneybo...) so that we can get the maximum effect on one day.
I already wrote to the guys at Ron Paul Money Bomb, but I couldn't find an email address at ThisNovember5th.

I've been there and signed up. What's really cool is that they send you a daily email (if someone has signed up) letting you know how many have pledged. This way also, Ron Paul's campaign knows what to expect on Nov 5th. The people who sign up for $100 will be noted but believe me, on November 5th, you can give whatever you can afford. You beat me to the punch posting this link and I love it!!

For establishing a funding deadline that lands during the first week of the month.
Many if us are pensioners, and we have a lot easier time contributing during the first week of the month than later.

Get new Dr. Paul people (this is hard: door to door, coworkers, cold calls etc) to donate on that day as well. Contact every Ron Paul meetup group on the planet. Contact Ron Paul people in Europe and Asia and see if you can work something out with them...I'm serious.
For me, I'm digging every piece of junk out of my shed (after I chase the snakes out) and ebaying it for 11-5-07. Yes I'm in for over $100....way over one hundred. I don't have a lot of money, my wife homeschools, raises chickens, milks goats etc....so if we can raise $500 (hopefully) or so on ebay, you and yours around you can also...we have no choice but to thrust him into the spotlight, it's now or never. The establishment is counting the seconds till the primaries, and they know that Dr. Paul is still not widely known to the masses
Hey, if we can (possibly) all donate $500, then the donars needed 11-5 are down to 20,000 for the 10 million target. Think about it, consider it, do it. Heck, if we get 100,000 @ 500 ea we are @ 50 million. That's not going to happen, but even Hillary and her North American Community friends will be shaken by that level of suppot. Even if we fall shy of 10 million, however, the earth will still shake. Do it, do it, do it!

Non-US Citizens who are passionate about Ron Paul
Hi all! I'm Australian - and thus not allowed to donate to the campaign. I wonder if there are any ways that a non-US citizen can indirectly support the Paul Campaign while being faithful to the letter and, very importantly, the spirit of the US law? (I'm doubtful. Actually, I would hate to see foreign money determining USA politics!) I don't think I'm even allowed to buy bumper stickers from the campaign website.
However, for example, some non-usa-citizen employers might be impressed by the internet skills, such as web design, photoshop etc or any hundred other skill that is globally exchangeable - of the Ron Paul supporters in the USA. Of course, those doing the work would be free to do with the money as they wished i.e. certainly no political strings attached. And genuine work would need to be exchanged.
I bet there are alot of foreigners like myself who would prefer to do business with a libertarian American rather than a socialist one!

I am not sure of your concerns with regards to an email list. I am guessing the idea of that list is just to swell support and to build momentum towards the day.
I believe you and your wife believe in Ron all the way, or at least enough to give him some cash backing. Consider this: many many many Americans (and those MANY who do not have internet, smth we always tend to forget) are dead curious about Ron, having catched glimpses of his debates, heard about him in a local media and/or having seen RP signs or RP events around.
These people, and my personal guess is that they are many (and many more as primaries approach), are just waiting for a good 'excuse' to join the club. Obviously, nobody wants to invest their time and bet their money on a 'loser' so they are waiting for the opportune moment. If people like you and I sign up for this list, we create more and more and more gravitational force towards the Nov. 5 event... and, when all the curious people trying to see whether this Ron is worth something or not will see that moneycounter spike furiously on that day, they will all chip in and it will be a memorable day.
On that day, thanks to you, me, and tens of thousands of others, Ron will not only floor national media, he will be an international star. Consider the effects of this ;) Please consider again signing up for the list.
I am sure your final decision will be weighed carefully, and I obviously support & respect it wholeheartedly. Thanks for your efforts for RP.

There's a lot of great ideas for money-bombs but this one is most appealing to me simply because of the Nov 5th connection.
It'd be great if that night of Nov 5th the meetup groups got together and hit the streets wearing V masks. Posting signs and...
A great tactic I tripped onto is to simply use sidewalk chalk. It's not destructive, it's cheap and as simple as you'd want it to be. Of course, I've no idea how legal it would be to draw up downtown city sidewalks with Ron Paul messages. Any idea?
I got a big box of various colored fat sticks of chalk at Target for about $3.00 if I remember right...

I'd love to sign up for the pledge, but I can only do about $15 per pay period--actually, I'm donating $17.76 :-). That's all I have to spare in my budget. I have a pay day on Nov. 2, but will wait to make my contribution for that pay period to give on that day.
