the condition of these boxes here is suspect to say the least...

The big issue in all NH cities is ballot replacement.

Of course, had we had observers at the 127 NH hand counted towns, we wouldn't have to worry about that in those 127 towns, -- but RP paid staff, and meetup leader Jim Forsythe, and a few other gatekeepers in NH -- fought tooth and nail against this -- and sent everybody to the party at 8 PM instead of watching the vote count.

But, the point of this video, it seems to me, is that cardboard boxes are totally unacceptable as ballot boxes -- there. should be metal boxes with a proper seal -- the kind that would hold up in court. How much would 302 of these metal boxes cost? -- one for each town?

And why wasn't the recount done in each town, --- instead of this absurd carting all the boxes back to Concord where Gardner could make sure that all the results matched before he released them?

No one rode in the van with Butch and Hoppy, or the other two suspicious guys brought in later I'm told to run a second vehicle -- another point of non-transparency.

Cardboard boxes can be cut, thrown away, and replaced with new cardboard boxes which are then duly taped -- and beat up a little -- and -- all the while new ballots can be placed in the new cardboard box. I'm not saying this happened in all the small towns, but I do suspect it happened in Concord, Manchester and the other big cities in NH.

The video is valuable from these standpoints.

Devvy Kidd/NewsWithViews columnist mentions the book, "Votescam". I cannot recommend it enough. It clearly documented the same issues we're seeing again. The Collier brothers (Hawaiian Sun?) took their story to various journalists to return the next day to find their stories had all been blocked by the "bosses".

Sound familiar?

What NH is clearly documenting is that, rather than having a chain of custody like evidence for criminal trials, literally ever mistake (intentional or otherwise) possible has been made.

The really amazing video Bev Harris has posted (her site is blackboxvoting.org, not .com) shows the "seals" that close the ballot boxes. They come up and retape with no indication - she refers to them as "Post-It Notes"!

The real issue in NH isn't that RP lost votes, it's that that entire election should be TOTALLY THROWN OUT. I don't believe the state will even answer how many ballots were bought or how many people actually voted!

California has not counted the paper ballots yet (yet, most RP voters used them to *avoid* the Diebold machines!).

My own early voting in Illinois did not even have a ballot box on the voter side of the counter and the box they did use didn't look like a lockbox at all (and that box was going to be somewhere in their offices through the weekend, transported, and then stored one more day somewhere to be counted *MAYBE* in the Super Tuesday count).

Why were the ballots locked in that woman's office when they were supposed to be packaged for pick-up?

Why weren't the memory cards called for?

Why were they refused?

Close ups of the boxes showed original seals torn off and replaced. Who opened them? For what purpose?

And, last but not least, what's up with the copy machine?

She has shown us proof of the laxness and possible tampering of our voting system. Thank you Bev Harris. Once again, very enlightening.

I thought it was "odd" that there were absentee and unused ballots left in "Sue's" office. You would think that the absentee ballots would be apart of the recount. and the fact that unused ballots were in the copier, strange indeed. Also there were some boxes with the orange seal broken, I don't know if that means anything.

The only 'odd' thing that I got out of that video was the part where the uncast ballots were found in a copy machine.

Since ballots are preprinted, there is no reason they would need to be in a copy machine.

The part about the two-way radio.. there was no other information other than 'we left a two way radio in the vault'. Nothing else.

Not sure what we're supposed to be seeing here if it isn't the copy machine thing.
