It seems we have a really slow counter on our hands.
They probably hired some kindergarteners to finish off the counting.

Note---even though Romney is out--he still is siphoning a good amount of votes...15%. This should continue thorough the rest of states too...as he remains on the pre-printed ballots. This is good.

If you use creative rounding, ie down for paul and up for the others, the numbers are the same. Oh yeah, throw the Other on Romney and you have his number.
