So I thought I'd check on today's primaries, and since nothing yet is showing on the various Sect'y of State sites, I went to CNN to see if there's any news on the race.
It's a good thing I love my Mac, because otherwise, it would be kicked across the room in anger and disgust right now. I was just reminded why I dumped TV almost 7 years ago, and why I don't normally go to old media for information. Seeing this just seriously burned my biscuits:
"McCain is leading the only other Republican candidate in the race, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, 723 to 217 in total delegates, according to CNN estimates."

No wonder those of you still attached to TV are dejected. OM just spews lies and lies and lies. How can one subject oneself to such garbage and not get poisoned?

I've been watching the CNN stream online and I have to say.....I love Melissa.
HA! and as I was typing that she just said his name again.
I don't know what's going on w/television, but online & streaming - they are making an obvious effort to be fair & include Ron Paul. She even mentioned coming to our sites.
I'm so proud of her :)

As I said, I was seeking updated info of today's primaries. As there wasn't yet info on the Secretary of State sites for the various primary locations, I ambled over to the cnn dot com website (no TV here). Fear not, montananative; I've already been kicking myself for my foolhearty visit to their site. Now I feel like I need a deep, cleansing shower to wash their dirty scum off of me.
But seriously -- isn't there some sort of libel or other charge that can be levied when news outlets outright lie like that?
I still spit on CNN. Now with extra icky phlegm.
