The most important part of the video update by Ron Paul, in my opinion, is from 8:35 to 9:03 where he says, "Let me take a moment and talk a little bit about our responsibilities. Those of us who know what’s going on and we know the truth, we all have a responsibility to speak out and we need to find those other individuals who share those views.
Not so much that we know immediately we can turn this around in a week or two or a year or two, but if conditions deteriorate as I suspect, we have to have a hardcore people who understand these issues who are able to rebuild the society."

At 12:07 in this video, Dr. Paul makes a reference to the Remnant. Whether you realize it or not, the Remnant has found you. Don't know what it means to be part of the Remnant? We have to kick it in to high gear and motivate not only our loyal Ron Paul supporters...we need to rally together and unite all of those who fight for justice and peace, freedom from large government and taxes, freedom from funding a losing war! We need to rally our family, friends, churches, schools, athletic clubs and chorus groups. Homeschoolers, Gun owners, Law Students, College Students, Seniors, Teachers and everyday citizens we need to finally unite...be a part of history and put all other gatherings of the past to shame. We all have dreamt of this possibility and it couldn't be any closer than now! I am willing to fly accross the nation and march for Ron Paul, restoring liberty, ending the war, taking back our country, and rebuilding America!
I recommend the summer time when students are out of school!
You know what I find interesting?
At around 7:07 or 7:08, when he is talking about all the unconstitutional programs the Republicans are proposing, he refers to the GOP as "they." Not "we." Innocent slip of the tongue? Sure is odd for someone who claims to be a Republican to refer to the party as "they!"

I think it's pretty obvious that when he is referring to "they" he is actually referring to the neo-conservatives. So I don't see how it's odd for Ron Paul to claim he is a Republican when he stands for the traditional conservative viewpoint.
What I do find odd is how you, a supposed Ron Paul supporter, don't already know this....hmmmm.

Stop being so sensitive
If he can imply that Ron Paul is lying to us when he says he's a Republican, then I see no reason why I can't imply that he is a troll. I'm not accusing anybody of anything here, I'm just making a simple observation just as he did.

In any case, catsajak must be smoking something good, because I don't know where he gets the nutty idea that is is "obvious" RP was talking about the neocons at that point in the video, when it is actually obvious that what he said prior to using the pronoun "they" is "THE REPUBLICANS." Not "The Neocons," but "THE REPUBLICANS." He could have used the word neoconservative if he wanted to, but he did not. In fact, I dont even know if he used the word neocon or neoconservative anywhere on that video.
No troll here, catsajak. Just an observant individual. And my observation is that subconciously, RP knows he is not part of what has become of the republican party, and every so often it slips out.
The mistake you are making, catsajak, is thinking what the Republicans "traditionally" stood for matters. The Republicans are what they say they are, and what they are now and have been for a long time are "Bombs Away and Baby Jesus," an essentially national socialist party with a christian face instead of an aryan one. Furthermore, in its original platform the Republican party stood for a national bank (look it up, its true), so my question to you is what proof do you have that the Republican Party was EVER a party of the Constitution and a party of liberty???
