It is totally unaceptable for a police officer to assault a child. Period. What the police are doing these days is just sickening, bit by bit eroding away our civil liberties.

Just like in the wild west - where (supposedly) nobody went anyhwere without a sidearm - its getting to the point that you have to have a video camera to prove your case if you want to maintain your rights with government employees.

I called Baltimore City police department and spoke to an officer in internal affairs. He said it was under investigation. I asked if the results of the investigation would be announced. He said it was a personal matter between those involved! I stated that my tax dollars are at risk here and I wanted to know if it was going to be publicized. He said again it was under investigation and he hung up on me! I was not rude or disrespectful. This police protecting their own crap needs to be countered with massive phone calls!

Everyone call Baltimore City Police Department and ask for internal affairs. Sorry I don't have the number here. It was posted in the YouTube comments.

Evidently the incident happened last year and just this year there has been an internal investigation. The guy has been "SUSPENDED" but WITH PAY!
