John R. Koza, chairman of National Popular Vote Inc. says; "We're just coming along and saying, why not add up the votes of all 50 states and award the electoral votes to the 50 state winner?"
So far Maryland and NJ have signed on. Absolutely unconstitutional!! Will they pull this off?? This could truely be the end of the Republic (what's left of it).

I would be for this under normal circumstances. But in todays world, I'm not. Funny. or Strange.
Delegates = at the
Delegates = at the conventions (both Rep and Dem). Primaries are where we vote for delegates.
Electorals = Nov. vote for president. Popular votes often but not necessarily determines electorals.
Get it straight.

I wouldn't put anything past those trying to thwart this candidate. Dirty little tricks are being pulled off in EVERY state so far to end this campaign!! I hope you're right, but I see it as a backburner, last ditch effort that could be used reguardless of the legality of it. Just one more constitutional provision trashed.........
Yes, sure.
The electoral process is specified in the constitution. Even if Congress wanted to amend it for this election cycle it would still have to be ratified by the states. There's not enough time for that this year.
